In the era of knowledge economy,it is difficult for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantages only by relying on their existing resources.In order to achieve breakthrough innovation,enterprises need to obtain relevant knowledge and skills from the external market and other effective information,and achieve organizational goals by integrating internal and external resources.The importance of knowledge management in the overall management mode of enterprises has attracted more and more attention from the academic community and the business community.The effect of knowledge acquisition on enterprise performance and innovation performance has been supported by a certain amount of literature,but the research on the influence of knowledge acquisition,especially tacit knowledge acquisition,on breakthrough innovation performance is rare.However,the influencing factors of breakthrough innovation performance are mainly focused on organizational structure,strategic orientation,learning ability,environmental dynamics,social network relations and other aspects,and there is a lack of research from the perspective of knowledge management.From the perspective of tacit knowledge acquisition,this paper analyzes the intermediate mechanism of psychological capital's influence on breakthrough innovation performance,and divides tacit knowledge acquisition into two dimensions: skilled tacit knowledge acquisition and cognitive tacit knowledge acquisition.Firstly,it is determined that psychological capital is taken as the independent variable,which leads to the two core questions of this study,namely,the impact of psychological capital on breakthrough innovation performance,tacit knowledge acquisition and its mediating effect in two dimensions.Secondly,I read a lot of literature on breakthrough innovation performance,psychological capital and tacit knowledge acquisition,sorted out the logical relationship between variables,proposed the research hypothesis of this paper and constructed the research model.Thirdly,the questionnaire survey method was used to collect research data,referring to the mature scale at home and abroad,through in-depth discussion with field experts and careful consideration of semantics and expression,combined with small-scale prediction test,the questionnaire in this paper was repeatedly revised,and then the questionnaire was distributed on a large scale.Finally,SPSS software was used to process and analyze the data of the recovered volumes,and the conclusions and Suggestions of this paper were drawn.The research results of this paper show that psychological capital can effectively promote the improvement of breakthrough innovation performance,and tacit knowledge acquisition plays an important mediating role in the process of the improvement of enterprise breakthrough innovation performance by psychological capital.It is hoped that the study of this paper will have some positive significance to enrich knowledge management theory and breakthrough innovation management theory and improve the performance of breakthrough innovation of enterprises.
