Study On Influence Factors Of Urban And Rural Residents In Guangzhou Endowment Insurance Insured Behavior

Social security is a stabilizer.It is essential to continue deepening structural reform,do a good job in responding the aging population,and build a fair and sustainable endowment insurance system.The reform of Chinese social pension security system has its particularity:continuous weakening of the traditional old-age function,severe aging population situation and the acceleration of rural urbanization.The government has begun to explore new model.In the process of policy practice,the participation behavior of urban and rural residents is directly related to the implementation and target achievement.Studying the urban and rural residents' s pension insurance system not only provides theoretical support for the improvement,but also provides some constructive views for other local government.This paper takes urban and rural residents in Guangzhou as the survey object,and takes the residents' s participation behavior as the starting point.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and data analysis,it analyzes the factors affecting the participation of urban and rural residents and the selection of insurance grades.It identifies the problems in the insured behavior and proposes targeted policy recommendations.The article believes that the factors insuring or not are the cultural level and the expected way of providing for the elderly.The average annual income,the expected way of providing for the aged,the payment level and government subsidies of pension for each grade,and policy satisfaction have a significant impact on the choice for the participation.The study found that: the individual's ability to pay is low,the policy is not fully understood;the satisfaction of the government's social security policy needs to be improved;the system content design is not perfect.This paper puts forward some suggestions aiming at providing reference to participate in insurance:enhancing individual ability to pay,improving policy transparency;enhancing policy awarenes,increasing enthusiasm for participation;improving institutional content design,enhancing policy sustainability.
