Survey And Research On Tax Service Satisfaction Of D City Tax Bureau

Taxation service is the fundamental work of tax collection and management,and is an indispensable part of taxation modernization.In recent years,China's reform in administration simplification,regulation optimization and service improvement continues to advance,the taxpayers' awareness of rights and demands continues to grow,and the merger of institutions due to the reform in tax collection and administration has resulted in many new changes and new situations to tax authorities.These lead to new and higher requirements for taxation service of tax authorities at all levels.Over the past years,tax authorities have been increasing the intensity and the quality of taxation service,and the degree of satisfaction of taxpayers has been rising continuously.However,there are still some problems in taxation service.Therefore,how to further optimize the taxation service,improve the satisfaction of taxation service,and establish a good relationship between tax authorities and enterprises is an important and urgent issue that tax authorities need to solve.Based on my actual work experience,this paper investigated the status quo of taxation service satisfaction of tax bureau of D city through questionnaire survey,and figured out the status quo of taxation service satisfaction of taxpayers in D city.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to conduct reliability and validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis on the survey data,and find the prominent factors affecting taxation service satisfaction of tax bureau of D city through the results analysis.According to the research,the taxation service satisfaction of tax bureau of D city needs improvement,especially the aspects of ‘service attitude',‘taxation processing efficiency and tax-related consultation accuracy',‘electronic taxation experience' and ‘queue time' have large room for improvement.Moreover,deficient service concept,insufficient level of taxation processing,lagging informatization construction and unreasonable hall setting are important factors restricting the taxpayers' satisfaction.Based on the actual taxation service conditions of tax bureau of D city,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions aimed at improving the degree of satisfaction of taxation service in D city from the perspectives of deepening taxation service concept,improving service level,accelerating informatization and optimizing service hall construction.
