The medical device industry,which is known as the “Sunrise Industry” by the public,is an emerging industry related to the health of all human beings.In recent years,the developed countries in the world have maintained a relatively high annual growth rate.In the 1990 s,the global economy was greatly affected and a recession occurred,but the medical device industry still maintained a good development trend.As the major medical device companies continue to increase investment in research and development,the industry's prospects are still worth looking forward to.Faced with such a huge market potential,more and more competitors are scrambling to participate in the high-profit medical device industry,and the market competition has become more intense.As far as the overall industry is concerned,most medical device companies sell products according to the channel management model,and dealer members are an indispensable member of the channel management model.Therefore,scientific and reasonable selection evaluation of dealer members is also It has become a part of the research content of major medical device companies,and its importance is obvious.This study is based on a traditional foreign-invested enterprise JN medical device company that relies on dealer sales.Based on the principle of AHP,we tried to establish a scientific dealer evaluation index system.Firstly,by referring to relevant theoretical data,the definition and classification of medical device dealers were clearly defined,the functions and importance of medical device dealers were located,and the theory of AHP was summarized.Secondly,the current situation and existing problems of JN medical device dealers were analyzed.On this basis,we put forward the evaluation index system of medical device dealers suitable for this paper.In order to verify the scientific rationality of the index system,the corresponding index evaluation was designed.The system questionnaire was interviewed by JN company executives and industry experts.Finally,the dealer selection evaluation system was obtained through the previous series of work is composed of 4 first-level evaluation indicators,8second-level evaluation indicators and 16 third-level evaluation indicators.In the evaluation process,firstly,the expert scoring method was used to invite the senior experts of the company to score the importance of the whole index system,and the corresponding scientific and reasonable data could be obtained.Then we established a pairwise judgment matrix,and obtained the eigenvalue vector.Then,we tested the consistency,ranked index weights,and drawed the conclusion that the five indexes of operating ability,marketing ability,customer management,industry professional literacy and profitability account for the largest proportion of dealers in large medical device enterprises.Finally,the company's two dealers were selected for case verification and comparative analysis,and the validity and operability of JN Medical Device Company's dealers selection evaluation index system were further analyzed and verified.With a comprehensive and reasonable scientific dimension,the research effectively integrated many factors affecting the selection criteria of medical device distributors,and provided more directional,rational and feasible solution for JN medical device companies to select evaluation work.
