Under the influence of the "one belt and one road" of the country,Chongqing's economic development and opening-up level, relying on the advantages of Yuxin Euro-Banliang,ushered in greater opportunities and broader prospects.A railway enterprise is a freight train concentration center in southwest China. As a transport station of Yuxin Europa train, its disassembly capability is one of the best in Asia.Safety and smoothness have brought increasing work pressure and intensity to station managers and staff. The greater the pressure, the more serious the job burnout.Job burnout has become a hot topic in business management. It will not only affect the physical and mental health of employees, but also improve the turnover rate, thereby affecting work efficiency and organizational performance. At present, the research on job burnout in railway industry mainly focuses on train drivers and Shunting operators, who have more obvious and serious job burnout than other railway workers. However, there are few researches on the job burnout of the front-line cadres and workers in the common railway enterprises.Because of the nature of daily shift, holiday overtime and weekend shift, the irregular life and work schedule of railway front-line workers will not only have an impact on health, but also bring about work-family conflict, which is embodied in the inability to reunite with their families or to better accompany and care for the elderly and children during holidays. Some studies have shown that work-family conflict is related to absenteeism, absence and resignation, and work-family conflict is one of the important reasons for job burnout. At present, there is almost no empirical study on the impact of work family conflict on Job Burnout of railway workers.Emotional intelligence can be regarded as an individual resource, which has been proved to be effective in alleviating and moderating conflict pressure. The higher the individual's emotional intelligence, the higher the level of mental health, the more effective it is to deal with emergency events and environmental pressure, promote organizational commitment, balance work family conflict, and reduce the probability of burnout. In this paper, managers and first-line shift workers in a railway enterprise are selected as the objects of investigation.Using the ?work family conflict scale?,?emotional intelligence scale?and ?job burnout scale?,600 questionnaires are issued and 554 questionnaires are effectively recovered. This paper investigates the current situation of work-family conflict, emotional intelligence and job burnout of employees in a railway enterprise, the differences of work-family conflict, emotional intelligence and job burnout in the demographic variables of railway workers are analyzed. Then the paper discusses the influence of work-family conflict on Job Burnout of railway workers, the moderating effect and mechanism of emotional intelligence in the relationship between work-family conflict and job burnout. The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions and strategies for business management to alleviate work-family conflict and job burnout, and to reduce the negative impact of job burnout on personal career development and organizational performance. The results show that:1.The level of work-family conflict of employees in a railway enterprise is on the upper middle level.Emotional Intelligence level is on the upper middle level. The level of job burnout is in the lower middle level.2.There are differences in the dimensions of work-family conflict, emotional intelligence and job burnout in different demographic variables. There are gender differences in work-family conflict,There are significant differences in gender, age, education, working years and marital status in the dimensions of work interference family, and significant differences in the dimensions of family interference with work on gender; There was no significant difference in demographic variables between emotional intelligence,self-evaluation dimensions and other emotional evaluation dimensions,There are significant differences in the dimensions of emotion regulation between genders, and in the dimensions of emotional use between working years; There are significant differences in gender in job burnout, significant differences in the dimensions of emotional exhaustion between genders, significant differences in depersonalization dimensions in gender and length of service, and significant differences in low sense of achievement dimensions in age.3.There was a significant positive correlation between work-family conflict and job burnout.Emotional intelligence was negatively correlated with job burnout. There was a significant positive correlation between work-family conflict and emotional intelligence.4.Emotional intelligence plays a negative moderating effect between family conflict and job burnout: emotional intelligence plays a moderating effect in WFC and FWC in relation to depersonalization and low sense of achievement;emotional intelligence plays a moderating effect between WFC and emotional exhaustion, but not between FWC and emotional exhaustion.
