| In 2019,China-Laos relations have entered a new era of building a community of shared destiny between China and Laos.Both parties have made a series of progress in various fields of politics,economy and culture,and infrastructure investment cooperation has always been a top priority.With the integration of China's the Belt and Road Initiative and Laos' strategy of “Changing The Landlocked Country into a Land-union Country “,many Chinese infrastructure companies have participated in Laos' infrastructure construction and industrial investment.With the vigorous development of the concept of sustainable development,Chinese infrastructure enterprises in Laos not only make a positive contribution to the local economic and social development,but also play an important role in achieving the 2030 agenda in Laos.However,some Chinese enterprises have failed in their overseas expansion,which runs counter to the principle of sustainable development.At the same time,Chinese infrastructure companies are also facing a series of opportunities and challenges in the Laos market.Therefore,in order for Chinese infrastructure enterprises to better root in the Lao market and achieve stable and harmonious development with the local economy,society and environment,we need to pay attention to the improvement of their sustainable development capacity.Based on the market environment and development trend of the company,the thesis is based on Chinese infrastructure companies in Laos and studies its sustainable development capabilities from a micro level.First of all,based on the study of sustainable development theory and enterprise sustainable development capacity,this article clearly defines relevant concepts and puts forward a definition of the sustainable development capacity of Chinese infrastructure enterprises in Laos.It also analyzes the current situation of Laos' infrastructure,the development of Chinese enterprises in Laos,and the difficulties faced by Chinese infrastructure companies in Laos.Secondly,on the basis of the construction principles of evaluation indicators,in view of the evaluation needs of the sustainable development ability of Chinese construction enterprises in Laos,the evaluation indicator system of Laos' Chinese capital construction enterprises' sustainable development ability based on the five dimensions of economic performance,social performance,environmental performance,enterprise governance and technical performance is constructed,with a total of 22 indicators Each indicator is interpreted.Then the AHP + fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was introduced into the evaluation of the sustainable development capacity of Chinese infrastructure enterprises in Laos,and AHP was used to determine the weight of each indicator in the indicator system.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method determines the level of the enterprise's sustainable development capability,which makes the evaluation results complete,easy to understand,and accurate.It also expands the application range of the AHP + fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,the thesis takes Yunnan Construction Investment as an example for empirical evaluation and analysis.By designing a questionnaire,consulting with experts in related fields,and inputting the results of the questionnaire into the yaahp software,the weight of each indicator is first obtained,and the weight of each indicator in the criterion layer is ranked as follows: environmental performance> social performance> economic performance> corporate governance> technology performance.Subsequently,the enterprise's sustainable development capability evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is relatively strong,and suggestions are made for indicators with low scores.It is hoped that it will be helpful to the enterprise's continuous improvement of sustainable development capability.The model can provide a certain reference for the expansion of Chinese infrastructure enterprises overseas and in enhancing their sustainable development capabilities. |
