A Study On The Implementation Of Precision Poverty Alleviation Policy In Xundian County

Since 1986,China has gradually launched poverty alleviation work.To date,more than 700 million poor rural people have been lifted out of poverty through poverty alleviation work.However,China has a large population base,and the overall number of poor people is still relatively large.The economic development of most regions in China is still at a low level.For a long time,due to historical reasons and practical conditions,our country has implemented extensive Poverty Alleviation Policies in the past stage.Such poverty alleviation policies have decided that poverty alleviation work is not well targeted.Now,with the rapid development of science and technology and economic and social,poverty alleviation work in China has also been carried out.With the new progress,the conditions for precise poverty alleviation are basically ripe.The new poverty alleviation methods are sufficient to change the extensive poverty alleviation model in the past and pinpoint the poverty alleviation work to the poor individuals.The effect of implementation of precision poverty alleviation policies is related to the well-being of the people in poor areas,the healthy development of economy and society,and long-term stability.When precision poverty alleviation work has entered a critical stage,correcting the problems in the implementation of targeted measures in poverty alleviation and promoting the realization of the policy objectives undoubtedly have important theoretical and practical significance.This study takes Xundian county as an example,applies Smith's policy implementation process model,analyzes its existing problems in the implementation process of precision poverty alleviation,and gives targeted solutions.By means of questionnaire survey,interview and literature research,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems,explores the achievements and shortcomings in the work of poverty alleviation in Xundian County,and focuses on the existing problems in in the implementation process of precision poverty alleviation.The improvement is analyzed,and the path of solving countermeasures is put forward,and quantitative analysis is made.Based on an in-depth analysis of the background of the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in Xundian County and field research,some domestic and foreign research on targeted poverty alleviation is based on the current situation.This paper analyzes the actuality of the precise poverty alleviation in Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County,and finds out the problems existing in the process of the precise poverty alleviation in Xundian County,which is in accordance with the precise poverty alleviation experience of other areas in China.Combined with this,the paper explores an effective mode to improve the efficiency and results of the precise poverty alleviation work,and provides a reference for China's poverty alleviation work.
