Research On The Role Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Taking targeted measures to alleviate poverty and lift people out of poverty is a basic strategy to win the battle against poverty.It is of great significance to the eradication of absolute poverty and the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.As an economic mutual assistance organization spontaneously established by rural vulnerable groups,specialized farmer cooperatives,whose development direction is consistent with the target of targeted poverty alleviation,are an effective carrier of targeted poverty alleviation,and play an important role in consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization.Therefore,it is particularly important to study how farmers' specialized cooperatives play a role in targeted poverty alleviation.This paper takes L county,a national-level poverty-stricken county,as an example,investigates the role played by farmers' specialized cooperatives in targeted poverty alleviation and the situation of their limited role,analyzes the reasons for their limited role,and proposes countermeasures to enhance the role of farmers' specialized cooperatives,so as to provide development ideas for farmers' specialized cooperatives to win the battle against poverty and promote rural revitalization.This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction mainly explains the reason and significance of the topic,expounds the research status at home and abroad,explains the research methods and data sources,and summarizes the research ideas and contents.The first chapter introduces the multi-center governance theory,human capital theory,participatory development theory and agricultural industrialization theory from the relevant meanings of "farmers' specialized cooperatives" and "targeted poverty alleviation",and defines the functional orientation of farmers' specialized cooperatives in targeted poverty alleviation.The second chapter,combined with the functional positioning,discusses in detail the functions of the farmers' specialized cooperatives in L county in integrating and optimizing poverty alleviation resources,improving the quality of agricultural development,stimulating the endogenous power of poor households,improving the development ability of poor households,realizing stable poverty alleviation and increasing income and strengthening the ability to resist risks.The third chapter is the farmers' professional co-operatives in poverty alleviation and hollowing problems serious precision,docking the market,the poor low participation,poverty alleviation drive ability and performance of limited government dependence is strong,and so on,this paper analyzes the imperfect laws and regulations,the government's work does not reach the designated position,internal control mechanism is not sound,lack of talents,brand competitiveness is not strong and so on lead to farmers' professional co-operatives in precision limited role in poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter is combined with the actual research,targeted to improve the laws and regulations,increase the support of the government,improve the internal control mechanism,innovation in the development mode,improve the operation capacity and other countermeasures to enhance the role of professional farmers cooperatives.
