With the continuous improvement of China's overall national strength,China has continuously deepened its reform of the economic system and made the economy develop rapidly.By greatly implementing the policy of opening to the outside world,China's financial sector has gradually relaxed its restrictions on the financial industry and brought about the transformation of China's top five state-owned commercial banks and some large-With the development of banks and the internal and external environment,the small and medium-sized commercial banks in our country are under increasing pressure and huge challenges.One of the key factors is the need to strengthen bank performance management in order to have a stable existence in such a highly competitive financial market.Bank of Dezhou,as a typical small and medium-sized commercial bank,has some deficiencies in its performance management system.The original performance evaluation system ignores the external environment needs and strategic objectives.Therefore,if bank of Dezhou is to enhance its core competitiveness,It is necessary to construct a scientific and effective performance management system.The balanced scorecard performance evaluation system can not only combine the business performance and strategic objectives,but also has strong adaptability in the process of implementation and is conducive to the long-term development goals established by the banks.This thesis against bank of Dezhou,introduces the operation status of bank of Dezhou,analyzes the problems existing in the status quo of bank of Dezhou's performance management,analyzes the reasons for the problems in current performance management,and concludes that the balance It is imperative to introduce the scorecard into the performance evaluation system of bank of Dezhou.In addition,we need to analyze whether the advanced performance appraisal tool of implementing balanced scorecard in bank of Dezhou is more operable and feasible.The external situation facing Texas banks requires that Texas banks must introduce A strategy-oriented performance management system,so the introduction of a balanced scorecard is appropriate.Finally,the paper builds the system framework of Balanced Scorecard.It divides into four aspects: financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension,learning and growth dimension,and builds the Bank's performance evaluation index system based on Balanced Scorecard.The specific indicators of the use of analytic hierarchy process,the index assignment,so as to determine the weight of each indicator,and ultimately build a complete bank of Dezhou performance management system,and to make an objective assessment of this,and proposed to ensure that the BSC in bank of Dezhou can The smooth implementation of the measures and suggestions for other companies in the performance management system to introduce a balanced scorecard provides the basis.By building a complete performance management system based on BSC,we can see that BSC is a high-level,high-level and accurate conclusion of performance evaluation method compared with other traditional methods.To promote the healthy and long-term development of bank of Dezhou.
