With the development of global service industry, the importance of trade in services have also been recognized. The countries of the world are actively accelerating the development of their own trade in services.Various regional economic agreements have gradually regarded service trade as the main issue, and the liberalization of trade in services is the general trend. At present, the importance of the service industry in a country's economy is increasing, and service trade has experienced a rapid increase over the growth rate of goods trade.Since joining the WTO,service industry of China has also developed at a rapid rate.In recent years, the annual gross domestic product of the service industry has become more and more important in the total social production value. The service industry has gradually become leading industry in China.Of course, there is still a big gap compared with the service industry in developed countries.Although the proportion of China ' s service industry's gross domestic product(GDP)in total social production has been increasing year by year, there is still a gap compared with the service industry in developed countries, because of the restrictive policies of service trade in China. In this background, this paper focuses on the impact of China's service trade policy on service industry export competitiveness.According to the characteristics of various industries and the difficulty of data acquisition, this paper finally selected five industries as the research object:construction service industry, transportation and postal industry, computer and information transmission industry and business service industry. This paper quantifies the national treatment and market access restriction information of the above-mentioned industries, according to the guidance of the Specific Commitment Schedule of the People's Republic of China on Trade in Services and the Guidance Catalogue for Investment in Foreign Industries in different periods, and calculates the service trade policy restriction index in different periods by using the frequency analysis method, and then calculates the competitiveness index of different industries, analyze the impact of China's service trade policy on service industry export competitiveness. In the selection of estimation methods, according to the characteristics of the data itself and the test results, and based on the results ofindividual effects and other related tests, this paper uses corresponding methods to make further correlation analysis of the model. In order to test the robustness of the model, this paper incorporates the lag phase of the dependent variable into the model, and uses the dynamic panel data GMM estimation method to analyze the robustness of the model. The research findings of this paper are as follows: First, the reduction of the restriction degree of service trade policy has a significant positive impact on the export competitiveness of China's service industry, and its impact is basically consistent under different estimation methods.Second,The increase of export market share is an important way to improve the export competitiveness of service industry. This shows that increasing the export of relevant service industries and implementing policies conducive to service industry exports can promote the development of the entire service industry.Third, the proportion of foreign investment and the ratio of input and output of the industry have a positive effect on the competitiveness of the industry. This has certain reference significance for the formulation of relevant industry policies. Finally, based on the research conclusions, the paper gives relevant suggestions from the industrial level, thus creating a favorable development environment for the service industry.
