Inclusive leadership style is a special form of relational leadership,which often encourages employees to put forward new ideas,actively communicate with employees,and maintain an open,accessible and trustable attitude towards team employees.Inclusive leadership style is helpful to improve team performance,but there is no research on its internal mechanism.Through literature research,it is found that team learning may be an intermediary variable between inclusive leadership and team performance.In view of this,this paper proposes a hypothesis model of inclusive leadership style,team learning and team performance.This paper mainly studies the influence of inclusive leadership on team performance,the influence of inclusive leadership on team performance and team learning as the intermediary between inclusive leadership and team learning.205 sample data are collected and analyzed by SPSS software.The statistical analysis results show that inclusive leadership style has a positive relationship with team performance,inclusive leadership style has a positive relationship with team learning,and team learning plays an intermediary role between inclusive leadership style and team performance in the positive relationship.It can be seen that the inclusive style of leadership should be emphasized in the selection and training of team leaders.This style enables team members to share knowledge and information and exchange experiences and lessons with each other in an open and open manner,that is,they are willing to carry out team learning,so as to promote team performance.Finally,it summarizes the main conclusions of the empirical research,points out the main contributions of this paper according to the conclusions,theoretically enriches the leadership theory,team learning theory and team performance;in reality,guiding enterprises in the selection of talents should take inclusiveness as the recruitment index.At the same time,it points out the defects of data collection and the single model.And point out the future research direction.
