| Innovation output is an important indicator to measure a company’s development level.As a pillar industry of China’s economy,high-tech industry is a combination of capital-intensive and knowledge-intensive industries and one of the most promising industries.Studying the influencing factors of high-tech industry innovation output plays an important role in promoting its development.Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function,this paper uses E-views measurement software to analyze the data of China’s high-tech industry during the 10 years from 2008 to 2017.(1)Government R&D capital investment,enterprise R&D capital investment,R&D human input and R&D output have a significant role in promoting the innovation output of China’s high-tech industry.(2)The impact of R&D manpower input on the innovation output of high-tech industries is most significant.The R&D capital investment of enterprises has a greater role in promoting the innovation output of high-tech industries than the promotion of government R&D capital investment.As the main output of R&D,patents have a considerable impact on the innovation output of high-tech industries,but more attention should be paid to the quality of patents rather than quantity.(3)Coordinated development between regions,balanced development between industries,eastern regions and electronic communication industry should take the lead in regional and industry.Other regions and industries should combine their own advantages and learn from the development of the first gradient to achieve common Sustainable development.The high-tech industry has high investment in scientific research,high scientific research requirements,and high output requirements have become inevitable.Therefore,the impact of R&D activities on high-tech industries has also received high attention at home and abroad.Moreover,in the period of China’s economic growth mode transformation,the optimization and upgrading of high-tech industries and the improvement of innovation capabilities will contribute to the optimal allocation of China’s economic resources.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of R&D activities in various industries in China on the innovation output of China’s high-tech industries.The R&D activities include R&D input and R&D output,starting from the input and output,focusing on the capital investment and human input,and the output from the perspective of the number of patent applications in high-tech industries.The regional and five major industries,through the panel data from 2008 to 2017,analyze the impact on the innovation output of high-tech industries from the overall and block comparison,and propose constructive countermeasures.The development of high-tech industries is conducive to the optimization and upgrading of China’s industrial institutions,promoting industrial mechanism reform,enhancing independent innovation,enhancing international competitiveness,and promoting sustainable development in all aspects of China.Therefore,this paper studies the influencing factors of high-tech industry innovation output,and puts forward relevant suggestions to have a certain theoretical basis and guiding significance for the steady development of China’s high-tech industry. |
