Petrochemical construction projects are characterized by intensive capital,wide range of disciplines,complex technology and many internal and external factors affecting their implementation.These characteristics make it difficult to manage the project.As an effective means of project management,performance evaluation can reflect the actual state of the project,so it is necessary to study how to improve the performance of construction projects.Through the in-depth study and analysis of the relevant literature on project performance evaluation,it is found that the current performance evaluation for construction projects is mostly project "post-evaluation",and the research on process performance evaluation is relatively less.In order to strengthen the process management of the project and improve the overall performance level of the project,this thesis puts forward the research direction of the process performance evaluation of the petrochemical construction project based on the fuzzy matter element from the contractor's perspective.It is not only a supplement to the performance evaluation theory but also provides new research ideas for the performance evaluation of petrochemical construction projects.This thesis sets up a revised measurement framework by combining the Balanced Score Card and Performance Prism Model based on the research of relevant literature and theory.At the same time,the performance evaluation indicators of petrochemical construction projects are screened,optimized and supplemented by literature analysis and expert interviews.On this basis,a performance evaluation index system which includes sixteen evaluation indicators was established.Since the process performance evaluation index of petrochemical construction project that affect each other includes both quantitative and qualitative indicators,and they are characterized by fuzziness and incompatibility.So a process performance evaluation model is established by the fuzzy matter element comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the construction process.On the basis of evaluation model,its applicability and rationality are verified by the evaluation of actual projects.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,the problems in the project implementation process are found.At the same time,the improvement measures and the application suggestions of the evaluation results are proposed to promote the continuous improvement of project performance.Thereby improving the comprehensive benefits of the project and contributing to the sustainable development of petrochemical construction enterprises.
