The “Belt and Road” is the road to scientific and technological innovation cooperation,and high-tech industries are important dynamic leading industries in China.Based on the existing high-tech industry innovation efficiency research,the paper collects and organizes the relevant high-tech industries in provinces and regions along the B&R Data,data,and three-stage DEA models and ESDA methods are used to conduct empirical geographical analysis and draw relevant conclusions,and provide relevant suggestions and references for improving the innovation efficiency and effective and stable development of high-tech industries in provinces and regions along the B&R.The thesis includes six chapters.Chapters 3 to 5 are the key chapters.The main research contents are briefly described as follows: Chapters 1 and 2 are introductions and research summaries.They mainly introduce the background,purpose,and significance of the research.On this basis,the research content of the article is introduced,including the research object,scope definition,content and framework of this article,the research methods used in this article,and the innovation points of the research.The concept of innovation efficiency,related theory,related progress,and influencing factors are reviewed.The third to fifth chapters are the main part of the thesis.Based on 23,760 high-tech industry-related datas,the state of innovation of hightech industries in the provinces and regions along the B&R is analyzed,and then DEAP 2.1 software is used to measure the three-stage innovation efficiency value.It unfolds the analysis.Finally,according to the calculation results,the overall spatial agglomeration status of the high-tech industry innovation efficiency along the B&R provinces in the global space is correlated,and the hot and cold analysis is used to explore the spatial distribution pattern of industrial innovation efficiency in the provinces and regions along the B&R in China.(1)External environmental factors have a significant impact on the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in China's B&R provinces.It is mainly reflected in the regional economic environment that the number of employees,the number of enterprises,the internal expenditure of R&D funds,and the slack in industrial investment are significantly positively related,which will inhibit the improvement of innovation efficiency to a certain extent;government support for Weak positive correlation,but it has a significant positive correlation to the relaxation of employment changes,that is,the greater the government's support,the innovation efficiency will not be improved as a result;the export delivery value has a negative correlation effect on the innovation input slack,which will enhance regional innovation capacity In the process,it can effectively reduce redundancy,improve regional innovation capabilities,and improve industrial innovation efficiency.(2)The technological efficiency of the high-tech industry as a whole and the three typical industries have shown a downward trend after improvement,but the decline in different industries in different years varies.The technical efficiency of the Maritime Silk Road is the “Belt and Road” technology The main driving force of efficiency is that its trend changes are relatively mature and stable.Pure technology efficiency is on the rise after improvement.Although different industries have different increases in efficiency,they all show that China 's B&R high-tech industries and three typical industries are able to take into account the effects of scale efficiency and environmental factors.Improving management and technology capabilities and promoting pure technical efficiency.From a regional comparison point of view,the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Maritime Silk Road Economic Belt have occupied dominant positions in different industries and at different times.The gap between the two branches is small but in general the maritime Silk Road economic belt occupies a dominant position.The decline in scale efficiency is the main factor that leads to the decline in the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in China's B&R provinces.There is still much room for improvement and maturity in the future.At the same time,the maritime Silk Road has strong maturity and stability.The main driving force for the improvement of scale efficiency of provinces and regions along the line.(3)The overall innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry is similar to the hotspot change process of its scale efficiency,while pure technology efficiency shows a random distribution when the hotspot changes,which can determine the changes and scale of the overall comprehensive efficiency of the high-tech industries in China's B &R provinces.There is a certain positive correlation between efficiency,and pure technical efficiency changes have a limited impact on technical efficiency.At the same time,the hotspot distribution pattern of innovation efficiency in high-tech industries has a significant step-like pattern.The eastern region,led by Shanghai,Zhejiang,and Fujian,is the first echelon,followed by the western regions,mainly Chongqing and Shanxi.The third echelon is based on Tibet.The western region,mainly Qinghai.(4)There are many hot spots in the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry(MPPI),which are shifting to the eastern region,while the cold spot region is evolving to the western region.While pure technology efficiency has fewer hotspots and clusters in the southeast coast,the spatial evolution of pharmaceutical manufacturing innovation efficiency is affected by both scale efficiency and pure technology efficiency.The impact of pure technology efficiency is more precise,while the impact of scale efficiency is relatively broad.(5)The spatiotemporal evolution of the technical efficiency of the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry(ECEI)is greatly affected by scale efficiency.The innovation efficiency coincides with the hot and cold trends of scale efficiency,while pure technology efficiency shows a certain random distribution.It is concluded that the dominant factor affecting the spatial evolution of innovation efficiency is scale efficiency.Although the local cold and hot spots fluctuate greatly,the overall trend is similar,and the scale efficiency plays a role to restrict the development of the industry's innovation efficiency to a certain extent.(6)The spatial-temporal evolution of the technical efficiency of medical instrument equipment and instrument manufacturing industry(MTI-MI)is also greatly affected by scale efficiency.Because the change in scale efficiency is generally consistent with the trend in technological efficiency,some provinces and cities have appeared in some areas.Fluctuations,but little impact on the industry,there was a certain random distribution of pure technical efficiency in the early stage,but it eventually coincided with the development trend of technical efficiency.Since technical efficiency is the product of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,it can be said that the promotion of scale efficiency and technology The change in efficiency is positively correlated,and ultimately drives the improvement of MTI-MI innovation efficiency,and at the same time promotes the progress and improvement of pure technical efficiency.
