In tourism research,tourists(tourists)have always been the subject of tourism research.As the most basic sign of tourists,tourist behavior refers to the characteristics of tourists' choice of tourist destinations,tourist seasons,tourist destinations,and tourist modes.The mining and prediction of tourist behavior characteristics are often the focus of tourism research.The tourism market has broad and profound significance.With the relaxation of restrictions on China's inbound tourist visas,the improvement of tourist destination transportation networks and urban infrastructure,the number of inbound tourists in China continues to rise,but the development of inbound and outbound tourism is uneven,the number of inbound tourists is in deficit,and inbound tourism related research has become more prominent.Important;In addition,Shanghai 's commitment to building a world-famous tourist city with global influence requires theoretical support,and the large sample of tourism data footprints makes large-scale research on tourist behavior possible.Therefore,based on the above background,this study uses Shanghai as the For example,crawling online reviews and photos as basic data sources to explore the temporal and spatial behavior characteristics of foreign review tourists in Shanghai and their tourism flow network characteristics can help to more accurately understand and segment the needs of foreign review tourists in terms of time and space.It is hoped that Provide information support for accurate marketing of inbound tourist source markets.Based on tourism flow related theories and cultural difference theories,this study uses mathematical statistics,kernel density analysis,inverse distance weighted interpolation,and spatiotemporal thinking analysis to analyze the spatiotemporal behavior of foreign reviewers visiting Shanghai.Collected 9,464 visit records of 4,456 foreign tourists on the Trip Advisor platform in 2017,and constructed a digital tourism footprint database for foreign reviewers.They used the cultural distance index and geographical distance between countries as indicators to classify tourists into four categories.They are high cultural difference long distance tourists(HL tourists),low cultural difference long distance tourists(LL tourists),high cultural difference short distance tourists(HS tourists)and low cultural difference short distance tourists(LS tourists),and then from the time,space and network structure Three aspects are studied: First,the temporal characteristics of foreign review tourists in Shanghai are analyzed by comparing the monthly changes of overall tourists with different types of tourists,the distribution of low and high seasons,and the changes of seasonal intensity index.Secondly,Gini coefficient and distribution uniformity are used to measure the spatial distribution of four types of inbound tourists,and the Lorentz curve is used to further test the spatial distribution of the overall tourists and different types of tourists in Shanghai,and the distribution of tourist interest points,tourist routes and hot spots are visually analyzed to analyze the spatial characteristics of inbound tourists in Shanghai.Thirdly,based on the social network theory,the spatial characteristics of inbound tourists in Shanghai are analyzed This paper analyzes the network density,center potential,core edge structure,tourism node centrality and structure hole from two aspects of the overall network and node,and finds the network structure characteristics of Shanghai inbound tourists' tourism flow,and draws the following conclusions:First,the temporal characteristics of Shanghai's inbound tourists include:(1)the overall distribution of Shanghai's tourists,long-distance tourists with high cultural differences and long-distance tourists with low cultural differences in the year presents a "double peak type",while the annual distribution of short-distance tourists with low cultural differences and short-distance tourists with high cultural differences is mainly a "multi peak type";(2)the season of inbound tourists with greater cultural differences visiting Shanghai The sex difference is more obvious;Second,the spatial distribution characteristics of Shanghai inbound tourists include:(1)the overall geographical distribution of tourist interest points presents the characteristics of "one area,two belts and many points." "one area" refers to the inner ring area with the Bund street,Huaihai middle road street,Xiaodongmen street,Dapuqiao street,Nanjing West Road Street and Lujiazui street as the core and decreasing outwards,"two belts" refers to the inner ring area with the Bund street,Huaihai middle road street,Xiaodongmen street,Dapuqiao street,Nanjing West Road Street and Lujiazui street as the core“ One area "is the two radiation belts that radiate to the southwest and Southeast.The southeast radiation belt mainly extends to the southeast from Century Park,and the southwest radiation belt mainly extends to the southwest from Yuexing global port shopping mall," multipoint "specifically refers to Shanghai Chedun film and television base,Shanghai Fengjing ancient town,Shanghai Science and Technology Museum,Dishui Lake and Nanxiang ancient town.(2)Shanghai inbound tourism There is a certain regularity in the spatial distribution of the tourist interest points and Shanghai A-level scenic spot.The tourist interest points basically coincide with Shanghai inner ring A-level scenic spot.Although there are many A-level scenic spots outside the suburb ring,there are few tourist interest points.(3)The length of tourist routes in Shanghai is similar to that of different types of tourists.(4)Gini coefficient and distribution uniformity are used to measure the spatial distribution of four cultural categories of inbound tourists.It is found that with the increase of cultural differences among inbound tourists,the spatial distribution of inbound tourists is more uneven.(5)draw the hot spot distribution map of Shanghai inbound tourists in the inner ring area,and the core hot spot area of overall inbound tourists is located in Lujiazui Business District of Pudong New Area and North It extends to the streets of Pingliang road in Yangpu District and North Sichuan Road streets in Hongkou District.There are high attractions of tourism attraction such as Shanghai Center Tower,Jinmao Tower,and Duolun Road cultural celebrity street.The core hot spot area of low text short distance tourists is patchy,the core hot spot area of high text short distance tourists is semi-circular,the core hot spot area of low text short distance tourists is smaller than the core area of high text short distance tourists,and the cold spot area is far smaller than the cold spot area of high text short distance tourists,so it is considered that the spatial distribution of low text short distance tourists is more balanced than that of high text short distance tourists;the core hot spot area of low text long distance tourists is mainly distributed In the southeast corner of the inner ring area,the area is small.The core hot spots of Gaowen long-distance tourists are distributed in patches.The core hot spots of low Wen long-distance tourists are smaller than that of Gaowen long-distance tourists,and the cold spots are much larger than that of Gaowen long-distance tourists.It can be seen that the spatial distribution of low Wen longdistance tourists is more balanced than that of Gaowen long-distance tourists.That is to say,with the increase of cultural differences among inbound tourists,the spatial distribution of inbound tourists is more unbalanced.The results of Gini coefficient g and uniformity C are verified.Thirdly,the characteristics of the network structure of Shanghai inbound tourists include: there are 35 tourism nodes in Shanghai inbound tourism flow network which have established tourism flow connection.The density of tourism flow network is 0.0874,which is far lower than the ideal density value of 1.The overall structure of tourism flow network is also loose.The flow of tourists between tourism nodes is not frequent,which is a typical core edge structure,with 10 core nodes and 25 edge nodes.The core position in the tourist flow network is Shanghai the Bund,Shanghai Yu Garden,Nanjing Road,Old French Concession and Shanghai Museum.They have strong ability to act as intermediaries and have strong control over other tourist nodes.They are also effective nodes with large scale and efficiency and low degree of restriction.The edge nodes include Century Park,Shanghai Center Tower,Shanghai wildlife zoo,Shanghai propaganda art center,Shanghai Xintiandi,Shanghai Qibao ancient town and other nodes.The network has weak transfer capability,and is relatively isolated,with low effective scale and efficiency.In addition,the frequency of tourists transferring from the core area node to the edge area node is higher than that of tourists flowing between the edge area nodes,and they tend to transfer directly from the edge area node to the core area node.
