| Transition macro-level changes caused by the change of organization and management, especially China’s accession to the WTO, economic globalization, technological innovation and other external factors forced Chinese enterprises to continuously change its internal governance structure and management mechanism, and thus many enterprises to adopt more stringentrigid management style, performance appraisal strength within the organization also will continuously enhance. Performance evaluation system has been a hot research, the implementation of performance evaluation for the first time in his cotton mill in Scotland, Robert Owens, now constantly asked the Performance Evaluation System can be seen as the business grows, the performance evaluation system has been developed.In the context of new economic and social development, this paper is based on the Sanhe Power Generation Co., Ltd. for the study, to explore how to better evaluate organizational performance, and how to improve the performance evaluation system. On the basis of that review the historical evolution of China’s Enterprise Performance Evaluation and the electric power industry development context, through the interpretation and reviews of performance and performance evaluation theory, the integrated use of documentary research, thematic interviews and case study method, from the performance evaluation of the target, planning, process monitoring and feedback processes proceeding in-depth analysis of the Sanhe Power status of the performance evaluation system and its main problems; and so designed to match a set of strategic objectives of the Sanhe Power performance Evaluation System optimization scheme. Finally, the proposed system is implemented security measures to improve the performance of the Sanhe Power management efficiency, and promote long-term development of the company. |
