With the rapid development of the Internet and artificial intelligence technology,it is difficult for companies to maintain competitive advantages derived from products and technology.However,from a long-term perspective,"people" are the main source of competitive advantages.In short,whether an enterprise can stand out from the fierce competition no longer depends solely on the leaders and development decisions of the enterprise,and the behavior of ordinary employees has gradually become an important influencing factor.However,in the traditional field of organizational management,leaders and leadership have always occupied an absolute dominant position.Leadership and follow-up are accompanied by each other.The effective play of leadership effectiveness depends on the joint participation of leaders and followers.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the process of leadership activities from the perspective of followers.In addition,through literature review,it is found that leaders' behavioral characteristics and character characteristics will have an impact on employee behavior,but there are few studies on the influence mechanism of leader's psychological capital and employee's follow-up behavior.The mechanism of capital on employee follow-up behavior and whether trust plays an intermediary role are of great significance for further perfecting follow-up theory.This paper builds the relationship model of leader's psychological capital,trust and employee's following behavior.After using SPSS21 and AMOS21 to analyze the data of 364 valid questionnaires,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Leaders' psychological capital has a significant positive effect on employee following behavior.(2)Leaders' psychological capital has a significant positive effect on employee trust and its two dimensions.(3)There is a significant positive effect between employee trust and employee following behavior.Among them,employee emotional trust positively affects employee following behavior,but the relationship between cognitive trust and employee following behavior is not significant.4)Employee trust plays a partial intermediary role between leaders 'psychological capital and employees' following behaviors.Employee emotional trust plays a significant role in mediating the leader's psychological capital and employee influence.But the employee's cognitive trust has no significant intermediary role between the leader's psychological capital and the employee's following behavior.Based on the above empirical research results,this article proposes the following management revelations: With the continuous change of the internal and external environment of the organization,the management in the organization should pay more attention to the employee's following behavior,and must display a healthy and positive attitude such as self-confidence,optimism,hope,Narrowing the relationship with subordinates,thereby enhancing employees' trust in leadership,and then generating positive follow-up behavior,improving the efficiency of the organization,and promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise.
