At present,China's economy is moving from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,and the engine driving China's economic growth is also changing from investment driven to innovation driven.After entering the new normal,the Chinese government timely puts forward the development strategy of "striving to improve total factor productivity",meaning that China's economic development begins to enter the stage of upgrading.In this context,it is particularly urgent to study the endogenous power source of TFP development.In this regard,this paper intends to start from the perspective of the synergy of technology transfer system on TFP growth.First,the internal mechanism of the synergy of technology transfer system on TFP growth is analyzed theoretically.Secondly,the panel data of nine cities in Guangdong Province from 2004 to 2017 are taken as the observation samples,and the synergy model of composite system is used to analyze the synergy of technology transfer system on TFP growth This paper measures the degree of synergy in the evolution of technology transfer system in cities,then establishes a panel measurement model,and regresses the degree of synergy and TFP with the help of iv-gmm.Through the research results of this paper: it is found that the degree of collaborative development of technology transfer system in cities of Guangdong Province is not high,and it presents a trend of fluctuating and disordered evolution.In addition,the level of government expenditure and the level of urban informatization in the control variables also have a significant role in promoting TFP,but the impact of education investment and factor endowment structure,per capita GDP on TFP is not significant.After the observation samples are re classified and regressed by region,the results are still robust.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on how to better promote the improvement of TFP.
