As the rapid growth of China's economy and the further acceleration of urbanization,the pressure on the supply of land resources continues to increase,and the intensive use of land has become one of the government's priorities.Redevelopment of low-efficiency land,as one of the most important means of economical and intensive use of land resources,has also become a social hot spot.This article briefly explains the concept of low-efficiency land and related theories.Based on the regional characteristics of Wujin District,Changzhou City,and the background of the current intensive use of land resources,this paper analyzes the statistical results of land use status and the redevelopment of inefficient land in Wujin District,and summarizes the problems of low-efficiency land redevelopment in Wujin District,including the failure to implement some policies,the single redevelopment model,and the hidden danger of redevelopment sites becoming inefficient again.At the same time,this article studies the methods and characteristics of low-efficiency land redevelopment in China and abroad.Aiming at the problems of low-efficiency land redevelopment in Wujin District and the reasons for its formation,this article also combines the excellent practical experience of low-efficiency land redevelopment in other regions at home and abroad,and proposes perfect suggestions for the low-efficiency land redevelopment in Wujin District,such as scientifically formulating plans for low-efficiency land redevelopment,establishing and improving redevelopment management and control mechanisms,improving redevelopment incentives,promoting the reform of industrial land supply system and building standard workshops.
