At the time of the arrival of the knowledge economy era,knowledge accumulation as an important competitive resource of the company,its richness is increasingly strengthened,and the update speed is getting faster and faster.As an important way to influence the accumulation of organizational knowledge,knowledge-sharing is affected by multiple factors.The incentive mechanism in the process of knowledge sharing has important theoretical and practical significance for the effective degree of knowledge sharing within the organization.There have been many achievements in the research of incentive mechanism in knowledge sharing.Some experts have studied the motives of individual knowledge sharing from the perspective of psychology.Some scholars analyze the cost and benefit of all parties in the process of knowledge sharing from the perspective of game theory.Some scholars also organize External factors are analyzed in depth.This paper selects H company which is an EPC engineering general contractor in a specific industry-specific organization as an entry point to analyze the role of knowledge sharing incentive mechanism.With the development of the economic knowledge,the knowledge andinformation involved in EPC project(EPC is short for Engineering Procurement Construction,meaning one company is entrusted to be responsible for design,purchase,engineer which is partly or entire process of construction)have greatly improved,the depth and width of knowledge have also been expanded.EPC project will induce knowledge barrier with the profit and cultural diversity between project participators,as a result,it will cause expense in knowledge and productivity.It is a valuable research to realize the organization knowledge accumulation with knowledge-sharing in EPC project.This paper firstly induce some concept about knowledge,knowledge-sharing and incentive theory,make a analysis about the characteristic about EPC mode,then focus on motivation angle,apply motivation theory in knowledge-sharing management,combined with the practice of H company`s EPC project,analyze how substance incentive and immaterial incentive elaborate in the process that knowledge-sharing affecting organization knowledge accumulation.On this basis,this paper give some optimizing advice according to the reality of H company.The research of this paper meet the reality of H company`s EPC project,is a kind of innovative application in reality about knowledge-sharing theory and motivation theory,the achievement of this paper have value in the knowledge management of big project management.
