| With the emergence of the knowledge economy, knowledge has become a major asset. The ability of obtaining and sharing enterprise knowledge becomes the most important enterprise competitiveness, and consequently, knowledge management has been becoming the focus in business and academic. In the new century, considerable progress has been made in the research and practice of knowledge management in China. However, as the beginning of knowledge management, knowledge sharing hasn't become spontaneous behaviors of employees yet, so reasonable knowledge sharing incentive and restraint mechanisms should be designed to accelerate spontaneous behaviors of employees so that it can improve the ability of innovation and competitiveness. In this paper, research on knowledge-sharing incentive and restraint mechanisms is not only of special significance, but also has practical values.In the first chapter, domestic and abroad researches on knowledge management are summarized, and existing problems on the corporation knowledge management in China are put forward. In Chapter II, the drawbacks of current knowledge management system models are analyzed and a new knowledge management system model is then established. In Chapter III, knowledge acquisition methods and strategies are summarized, the obstacles of knowledge sharing are analyzed and the strategy of knowledge sharing is arrived. In Chapter IV, incentives of knowledge workers incentives are analyzed, the framework of knowledge-sharing incentive and restraint mechanisms is established and the construction of various institutions is discussed. In the final chapter, knowledge-sharing of the status and effectiveness of the evaluation indicators are designed and integrated assessment methods is presented. |
