State-owned enterprises hold the lifeblood of the country's economy and are also one of the means for the government to participate in and intervene in the economy.Since the founding of new China,state-owned enterprises have gone through 70 years of development.The reform of state-owned enterprises has gone through the reform from delegating power,transferring profits and contracting responsibility system to the reform of state-owned enterprises to large-scale listing and the reform of mixed ownership,and gradually realized the reform from the management of state-owned enterprises to the management of state-owned capital.However,the "reform" of stateowned economy is not in place at present,one of which is that the construction of modern enterprise system is not in place,and the micro-governance mechanism of state-owned enterprises is not yet in line with the requirements of mature market economy.There are still many problems in the reform of state-owned enterprises' leadership system.All these need to be done to establish the board of directors of wholly state-owned companies that is close to the international practice and has Chinese characteristics,constantly improve and perfect the system of the board of supervisors,and accelerate the exploration of cultivating the talent market of enterprise management managers.Suitable for the modern enterprise system,it is necessary to explore the modern suitable leadership system,explore the marketization and professionalization of enterprise managers.State-owned enterprises need good political quality,professional,specialization,marketization and internationalization of comprehensive enterprise management personnel,in recent years,the road of the state-owned enterprise managers have larger is perfect,but there is a certain gap distance fully professional high efficiency,improve the professional road,establish a high level,high quality professional manager team is imperative.Development potential of the state-owned enterprise refers to the nature of the state-owned enterprises under the different stages of development is different,the enterprise's development potential is various,including the enterprise profit ability,innovation ability,resources,scale,and the external environment,many aspects,such as management strategy,development potential can be comprehensive,more detailed understanding to the development of enterprises.The development potential of an enterprise depends more and more on its competitiveness and strength.The organizational core competitiveness of an enterprise is the driving force and source of its development potential.All the economic value,economic growth and economic strategic strength of an enterprise come from the core competitiveness.Core competitiveness is the basis for enterprises to gain value,which is difficult for other enterprises to copy and imitate.China enterprise federation divides core competitiveness into seven aspects,one of which is human capital.As for human capital,this paper focuses on professional managers.At present,the scholars study mostly professional relationship with the business performance of professional managers,about the professional relationship with the enterprise core competitiveness of related literature is less,this paper argues that enhance the degree of professional managers can increase the core competitiveness of enterprises,and cultivate the core competitiveness of the results will eventually be reflected in the increase of enterprise value,can enhance the development potential of enterprises,therefore,this article mainly discusses the soe managers' professional relationship with the enterprise core competitiveness and development potential.Change in this paper,the "mix" the professionalization of managers in state-owned enterprises and the empirical study on the relationship between enterprise development potential,and the core competitiveness of enterprises for mediation variables,to find out factors affecting enterprise development potential managers professionalization,by studying the managers how to affect the core competitiveness of the enterprise,professional,in turn,affect the development potential of the enterprise,in order to put forward advice on how to improve the system of managers' professional,to enhance the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,the development potential,improve efficiency has the special significance.This paper attempts to study the influence of the characteristics of manager professionalism on the core competitiveness from the perspective of the key link of system construction,with the purpose of exploring the influence of professionalism on the development potential of enterprises under the intermediary role of the core competitiveness of organizations,and then proposes measures to enhance the development potential of enterprises from the perspective of professionalism.This research enriches the research theory of professionalization and enterprise development potential,and it is of great significance to guide state-owned enterprises to improve enterprise development potential by strengthening manager professionalization.In this paper,under the background of "mix" of state-owned enterprises,using the method of literature and questionnaire method to collect managers professionalization of some items,then the six factors model of managers' professional,using the six factors as independent variables,and then using the regression analysis respectively understand the relationship between managers' professional and organizational core competence,and professional relationship with the enterprise development potential.The findings are as follows :(1)the six major factors of professionalization have a significant positive impact on the core competitiveness of enterprises.(2)the core competitiveness of enterprises has a significant positive correlation with the development potential of enterprises.(3)the six major factors of professionalism will have a significant positive impact on the development potential of enterprises.(4)as an intermediary,the professional growth of managers improves the development potential of enterprises by promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,according to the research results,some Suggestions are put forward for the managers of state-owned enterprises in the process of mixed ownership reform,which is conducive to the development of professionalism,and thus enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,so as to improve the development potential of enterprises.
