Study On Ecological Effect Of Industrial Development In The Middle Reaches Of The Yangtze River

Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development has also produced a series of environmental problems.Industry is the carrier of economic operation,and the ecological effect of industrial development has always been the focus of attention of the government and the public.The Yangtze River Economic Belt plays a decisive role in China's economic and social development.The middle reaches of the Yangtze River have a unique position in the Yangtze River Economic Belt that connects the east and the west,and it is of practical significance to study the industrial ecological effects in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.Based on combing the existing literature and related theories,this paper analyzes the status of the industry and ecological environment in the four provinces in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,selects the relevant data of 53 cities in the four provinces in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,and uses the SBM-DEA model to measure its industrial ecological efficiency,Using partial least squares method to analyze the factors that affect the industrial ecological efficiency of the region.The study found that: the industry and ecological environment in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River mainly have agricultural,forestry and animal husbandry development steadily,but the efficiency is low;industry supports the development of the region,but the pollution is large;the development of the service industry is insufficient.The industrial eco-efficiency of the provinces in the region is quite different.Industrial structure,the amount of scientific research investment of industrial enterprises above designated size,urbanization rate,per capita GDP and population size are the main influencing factors for these differences.According to the general requirements of ?grasping the big protection and not carrying out large-scale development? and promoting the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the article proposes to further improve the industry in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from the perspective of the provincial and regional perspectives of the regional industry status and ecological level.Countermeasures for eco-efficiency: That is,within the province,we must further optimize the industrial structure and increase the development of finance,Internet technology-related enterprises and other service industries;increase investment in industrial scientific research,especially research and development investment in energy conservation and emission reduction of industrial enterprises;Continue to promote regional urbanization;increase the construction of ecological civilization,improve the overall quality of local residents;strengthen environmental pollution control.Within the Yangtze River Economic Zone,we should strengthen exchanges and cooperation across the river basin,use industrial chains and clusters,establish industrial collaboration communities,and promote coordinated industrial development;establish corresponding development platforms,promote in-depth regional cooperation,and guide industrial ecological development.
