Construction And Empirical Analysis Of Evaluation Index System Of Jiangxi Province's High Quality Economic Development

The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and the economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.Jiangxi has long been known as the "treasures of nature,outstanding people" reputation.Economic development in jiangxi province for the present research situation and finds out the factors restricting economic development in jiangxi province to improve,based on the 11 cities in jiangxi province as the research object,this paper discusses the economic development in jiangxi province,combined with the predecessors of the existing research,according to the connotation and characteristics of the high quality and economic development to build a comprehensive evaluation index system of high quality and economic development in jiangxi province,analyzed the quality of the economic development of 11 cities in jiangxi province in 2017 and the spatial distribution characteristics.The research content mainly includes the following three parts:The first part is to comprehensively evaluate the economic development quality of11 prefecture-level cities in jiangxi province in 2017 using the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that nanchang city ranks first among all prefecture-level cities in jiangxi province with a comprehensive score of 0.6627,followed by yingtan city and xinyu city.However,except nanchang city,the overall score of all other prefecture-level cities is below 0.5,and the overall development quality is not high.The second part is to use the obstacle degree diagnosis method to diagnose the obstacle degree of the target layer and the index layer of the index system,in order to find out the obstacle factors hindering the economic development quality of jiangxi province's prefecture-level cities.From the diagnosis result of criterion layer,it can be seen that the innovation development target layer has a great hindering effect on all cities.People's standard of living is the biggest obstacle in all the cities except nanchang,and the obstacle degree is above 40%.According to the result of index level diagnosis,the number of graduates per 10,000 people is the biggest obstacle factor in all the othercities except nanchang.R&D investment intensity is the obstacle factor in the top eight cities except yingtan city,and the obstacle degree is more than 10%.The third part is according to the result of the comprehensive score of each city using Geoda software quality of economic development in jiangxi province in 2017 the space characteristics of the corresponding analysis,the results showed that high quality and economic development in jiangxi province comprehensive score obvious characteristics of spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration spatial agglomeration of mainly "low-low" agglomeration.
