Organizational politics is an increasingly common element in modern enterprise management and plays a key role in the development of individuals and organizations.However,because there are differences in the perception of organizational politics among different individuals and organizations,selective perception will inevitably arise in this case,and the endogenous development of the organization requires the moral behavior of employees and organization to support it.Therefore,how to correctly manage the political phenomenon of the organization and grasp the employees' perceptions,so as to optimize the employee's moral behavior,is worthy to further explore.This research first analyzed the organizational political phenomena and employee moral behaviors in the literature,and then based on the qualitative analysis,applied grounded theory to the in-depth excavation and analysis of the organizational political phenomenon perception and employee moral behavior of the 43 typical employees selected in the enterprise,and then the data obtained is analyzed and coded.On this basis,the Organizational Politics Scale,Selective Perception Scale,and Employee Ethical Behavior Scale were formed.In order to further modify and optimize the questionnaire,a preliminary survey was conducted.Then the pre-survey data was processed,using SPSS21.0 software and using exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis,so the accuracy and reliability of the questionnaire were tested.On this basis,the final version of the Organizational Politics Scale(a total of 14 items),the Selective Perception Scale(a total of 16 items),and the Employee Ethical Behavior Scale(a total of 17 items)were formed.After the formal survey,based on the 550 valid questionnaires selected by the survey,both SPSS 21.0 and AMOS software were used to test the questionnaire and reliability and validity of the scale,and confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify The Organizational Political scale and Selective Perception Scale.The Employee Moral behavior scale was used for further structural verification.Finally,using SPSS 21.0 to conduct a correlation and regression analysis on the role of selective perception,explore the impact of selective perception on organizational politics and employee moral behavior and the role of selective perception between the two.Conclusion as below:(1)Organization politics mainly includes four dimensions: core organization politics,decision-making organization politics,action organization politics,and atmosphere organization politics.Selective perception includes three dimensions: Non-perception,key perception,and neglect perception.Employee moral behavior mainly includes three dimensions: driving moral behavior,building moral behavior,and boundary moral behavior.(2)The average value of organizational politics is 3.05,indicating that the political phenomenon in the organization is more common.The average score of each dimension is in the order of action organization politics> core organization politics> decisionmaking > atmosphere organization politics;the average value of selective perception is 3.42 There is a selective difference in employees' perception of organizational political phenomena.The average score order of each dimension is key perception> nonperception> neglect perception;the average value of employee moral behavior is 3.43,indicating that employee moral behavior is more common in the organization,the mean score order of each dimension is driving moral behavior> boundary moral behavior> building moral behavior.(3)Atmospheric organizational politics have significant differences in working years(groups with 6-10 years of work have the highest scores,and those with 15 years or more have the lowest scores);there is a significant difference in monthly income between key perception and neglect perception(Groups with a monthly income of less than 2,000 yuan have the lowest scores,and groups with a monthly income of more than 100,000 yuan have the highest scores);there is a significant difference in age in the construction of building moral behavior(18-25 years old groups have the highest scores,and 51-60 years old groups have the lowest scores).(4)There is a significant positive correlation between core organization politics and driving moral behavior,and there is a positive correlation with building moral behavior and boundary moral behavior.There is a significant positive correlation between decision-making organization politics and driving moral behavior.There is a positive correlation between behaviors;there is a significant negative correlation between action organization politics and driving moral behavior,and there is a negative correlation with building moral behavior and border moral behavior;there is a significant positive correlation between atmosphere organization politics and driving moral behavior.There is a positive correlation with building moral behavior and boundary moral behavior.In addition,action organization politics,core organization politics,and decisionmaking organization politics have a significant positive prediction effect on driving moral behavior,while atmosphere organization politics has a significant negative prediction effect on driving moral behavior.And decision-making organization politics have a significant positive effect on the construction of moral behavior;core organization politics,action organization politics and decision-making organization politics have a significant positive prediction effect on the border moral behavior,and atmosphere organization politics has a significant negative predictive effect on boundary moral behavior.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between selective perception and employee moral behavior and its dimensions.Among them,non-perception has a significant positive predictive effect on driving moral behavior,neglect perception,key perception followed closely into the model,and key perception has a significant negative predictive effect,non-perception has a significant positive predictive effect on the construction of moral behavior,followed by focus perception,and finally neglect perception.In addition,key perceptions have a significant positive predictive effect on boundary moral behavior,followed by non-perception and neglect perception.(6)Choice perception plays a positive regulating role in organizational politics and employee moral behavior.Selective perception presents negative regulation in core organization politics and driving moral behavior: selective perception presents positive regulation in action organization politics and driving moral behavior,and selective perception does not have a regulating effect between atmospheric organization politics and driving moral behavior.In addition,selective perception presents a positive regulation in the core organization politics and building moral behavior.Selective perception and its dimensions have no regulating effect between decision-making organization politics and building moral behavior.Selective perception plays a negative regulating role between action organization politics and building moral behavior.Moral behavior plays a positive regulatory role.Finally,selective perception does not have a regulating effect between core organizational politics and boundary moral behavior.Selective perception has a negative regulating effect between action organization politics and boundary moral behavior,and selective perception has no regulating effect between atmosphere organization politics and boundary moral behavior.In particular,a negative adjustment between core organization politics and employee driving moral behavior.Neglect perception presents a negative adjustment between decision-making organization politics and employee driving moral behavior,key perception presents a positive adjustment between action-organization politics and employee-driven moral behavior,and neglect perception presents a negative adjustment between atmosphere organization politics and employee driving moral behavior.In addition,key perceptions present a negative adjustment between core organization politics and employee building moral behavior,and non-perceptions play a positive role in regulating organizational politics and building moral behavior.Finally,neglect perception has a positive regulating effect between core organization politics and boundary moral behavior,neglect perception presents a positive regulation between decision-making organization politics and employee boundary moral behavior,and key perception is between action organization politics and boundary moral behavior It has a negative regulation effect,and the key perception is that there is a negative regulation between the atmosphere organization politics and the employee's boundary moral behavior.Finally,the main conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the OSE management strategy(O-Organizational Politics;S-Selective Perception;E-Employee Moral Behavior)is proposed,which includes a generalized hierarchical political guidance strategy,perceptual dynamic monitoring strategy,and employee moral greenness management strategy to further assist the organization in organizational management.The design of this countermeasure model is a further innovation and expansion of research on organizational political phenomena and employee behavior,which can provide references for follow-up theory and practical research of organizational political phenomenon and employee behavior.The paper consists of 64 figures,150 tables,and 218 references.
