J International Transportation Co.,Ltd.is an international transportation registered in Qingdao.With the uncertainty of domestic and international economic situation and the increasingly fierce competition among international transportation enterprises,how to keep the enterprise developing and invincible is becoming an important issue.Through PEST,Porter's five Forces model,EFE and IFE matrix analysis and other methods,this article analyzes the internal and external environment and industrial environment of J International Transportation Co.,LTD.,and concludes the short-term goal of the company's development strategy:strive to increase the annual turnover by 5%and the net profit by 4%from 2020 to 2025.Medium-and long-term goal:annual turnover and net profit growth of no less than 5%growth,and after 10 years of development,by 2035 into Qingdao top 10 international transportation enterprises.The mission of the company is to create value and make customers satisfied.At the specific business level,the company should adopt flexible measures:establish strategic alliances with shipping companies and carry out centralized procurement at freight rates;Develop domestic truck and warehousing business;Establish a more powerful overseas agent network.Five strategic development measures are adopted:introducing advanced IT information system,improving marketing mode,establishing customer management system,strengthening employee incentive mechanism,improving cultural construction,enhancing staff cohesion,and optimizing organizational structure.Finally,J International Trasportation Co.,Ltd.will be developed into an international transportation company with the characteristics of The US-Canada routes in Qingdao.
