After years of development in my country's elevator industry,elevators have become an indispensable part of life,and are also indispensable construction equipment for urbanization in today's society.While ushering in the rapid development of my country's elevator industry,it also faces huge challenges.In recent years,the number of domestic elevator manufacturing enterprises has surged.As of now,the number of enterprises in my country's elevator industry has reached more than 700,and the competition between enterprises is very fierce.Some emerging elevator manufacturers have fought a price war and used low prices to attract customers,to a certain extent,reducing the market share of traditional elevator companies.At the same time,due to the pursuit of low prices,the product quality of these enterprises is poor.In recent years,many serious elevator safety accidents have occurred,which not only disrupted the market,but also caused hidden dangers to the lives of passengers.Despite the high quality of some traditional elevator companies,the price remains high and the delivery time is long,which is also the reason for their decline in competitiveness.This article takes A elevator company as the research object,based on supply chain theory,SCOR model theory,BP neural network theory,analyzes the elevator environment,competitive position and main competitors of A elevator company,and uses the industry environment analysis of other industry environments faced by Shanghai A Elevator Company.Through the analysis of the problems in the supply chain of A elevator company,the solution and the implementation of the guarantee program are worked out,the purpose is to enable A company to break through the bottleneck of development and return to the peak.
