| Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s real estate industry has gradually developed and expanded,and has become a pillar industry in China,which has made great contributions to China’s economic.With the slowdown of China’s economic growth,the real estate industry is facing he risk of recession.According to the 2019 China Non-Financial Listed Companies Financial Security Assessment Report,the real estate industry ranks at the bottom and is the industry with the greatest financial risk.Once the financial crisis of the real estate industry breaks out,China’s economy will also be hit hard.In order to ensure the stable development of the national economy,it is urgent to study the risk prevention of the real estate industry in China.This paper takes A real estate company as the research object,analyzes its financial risk status and causes in depth,and puts forward preventive measures,which can provide reference for A company and similar real estate enterprises to prevent financial risks.First of all,this paper combs the relevant theories of financial risk,and expounds the meaning,category and characteristics of financial risk.Secondly,combine qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to identify the financial risks of A company.The identification results found that the existing financial risks of A company are mainly manifested in the excessive debt scale and single financing channels;lack of project feasibility analysis and sharp decline in profitability;serious inventory backlog,occupying a large amount of funds,etc.On this basis,the paper explores the causes of risks from the internal and external factors of the enterprise,and puts forward the preventive measures for the financial risks of the enterprise from the aspects of financing,investment,operation and overall risk. |
