A Study On Quality Management System Under Agile Manufacturing Mode

The 21st century is the era of information with rapid development. As the strategy of manufacturing enterprises, agile manufacturing (AM) is a new-type manufacturing mode adaptable to international product market environment. The view of quality presents numerous dimensions under this mode,and the quality management system is in continuous change. With the study of quality management system under agile manufacturing mode, synthesizing the quality factor of the whole life cycle of product, on the base of modern quality management theory, by the means of modern science management, technologies of the information network and system integration, and regarding ISO9000 quality administrative standardization as direction, this thesis combines the operation mode of modern manufacturing enterprises with quality management. With aiming at the existing condition of internal quality management, it studies structure strategy, framework and function model of integrated quality management, which has important theoretical and practical significance to the rapid development of manufacturing industry and the realization of agile flexible manufacturing in our country.The main research contents in this thesis are as follows:1) With the analysis to some problems of quality management in our country , the author discusses the strategy of quality management system under agile manufacturing mode, and structure thinking of integrated system..2) According to ISO9000 quality administrative standardization, and combing process with mode, this author establishes a frame model of distributed ISO9000-IQM system, and also discusses its function and software structure.3) Analyzing The weave construction of agile manufacturing enterprises based on Multi-Agent and the quality management on CSCW, the author advances the architecture of IEI-QIS based on Intranet/Extranet/Internet, and analyzes its function model and possibility.4) Combining agile manufacturing techniques, modern quality management theory, information techniques with quality assurance system, and the author summarily studies the operation mechanism and methods of critical techniques.5) The author analyzes the integrated quality decision support system based on data warehouse.
