The competition among enterprises is actually the competition for talents.That is to say,it is the key to maximize the role of incentives for talents and a good incentive mechanism can encourage talents to play a greater potential and promote the company's continued high-quality development.The Amoeba business model is one of the incentive mechanisms with rich content and simple operation methods.The rigid management mechanism of Zhejiang Zhongtong Company,especially the incomplete mechanism and the unmotivated employees result in insufficient human resource competitiveness of the company.Based on the context of the current state-owned enterprise reform,it is imperative to ensure that Zhejiang Zhongtong Company can continue to develop in the market competition and solve the problem of employee incentives.Therefore,this article systematically analyzes the current incentive system of Zhejiang zhongtong communication co.,LTD by using literature research,questionnaire survey,comparative research and statistical analysis to diagnose problems,analyze causes and give solutions.This article is aiming to study the significance of motivation of training,compensation,performance management,organizational environment,career development.According to the research,the Amoeba business model is adopted to adjust the organizational structure to divide the small accounting unit and implement flat organization management.Besides,the model reposition and empowered the functional departments to build a performance-oriented system to achieve more work and more gain.What's more,Amoeba business model also authorize and empower them to clarify the work objectives by using list management so that to establish a good working atmosphere and smooth career development channels.Based on multiple measures,different incentives are organically combined to maximize the incentive effect.It is proposed to use the Amoeba business model to optimize the incentive mechanism of Zhejiang Zhongtong Company,and try to achieve results in improving system construction,changing employee thinking,promoting employee career development,and improving corporate performance.Also,this article hopes to provide some case references for other companies who want to implement the Amoeba business model.
