In recent years, private manufacturing enterprises seize the opportunity of reforming and opening up the outstanding performance to occupy a pivotal position gradually in the national economy.And it also boost our country to become the world's first manufacturing power. However, with the development of the "re industrialization" strategy and the wave of information technology, China proposed the requirements of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. So the environment and competitive pressures of private manufacturing enterprises are becoming complex and intense increasingly. Under the increasingly fierce competition and the opportunities of strategic transformationnities, if the enterprises want to survive and develop, they must set up a set of effective business management model from the inside to outside. And the change of the incentive mechanism is the most important part of enterprise management. In the development process of private manufacturing enterprises, Family centralize the management, the staff incentive is too one-sided, the performance evaluation is not standardized, and so on, which restrict the further development of the enterprise. All of the reasons require the reform imminently. The thesis based on the investigation of Chuangzhi Machinery Technology Co. Ltd's incentive mechanism reform to find the problems, analyze the problems, and puts forward the research thinking countermeasures Chuangzhi company incentive mechanism reform problems, for other companies to provide reference and reference for the reform of incentive mechanism.In this article, we study to test-drive company incentive mechanism reform as a starting point, on the basis of analyzing the incentive mechanism reform of the internal and external environment background.
