At present,with the rapid development of modern enterprises in China,the competition among enterprises has also turned to the competition for key talents,which has become the key to the sustainable development of many enterprises.An enterprise set up their own incentive mechanism and system evaluation mechanism can achieve more effective employee management,but still want to see there is a big enterprise development problems,mainly the enthusiasm of employee is not easy to mobilize,human issues of organizational structure is not stable,so the small and medium-sized enterprises should pay attention to in the human management continuous optimization and construction,with the continuous development of their own to find the problem and targeted optimization,especially in scientific and technological innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises,the staff is the core of enterprise resources,should ensure that they can grow up together with the enterprise,realize the value of technology innovation.This paper focuses on the incentive mechanism of L science innovation company,and expounds the current situation,problems and optimization path of L science innovation company incentive mechanism,so as to provide support for L science innovation company to optimize the incentive mechanism,and also provide a case reference for similar enterprises to optimize the incentive mechanism.About the research content,this paper expounds the basic framework and theoretical support of enterprise employees incentive,introducing the five-point scale scale forms of L kechuang company current incentive system research analysis on the effect resulting from the present situation and the problem of L kechuang company employees incentive,the compensation structure,welfare satisfaction,promotion mechanism,evaluation process,the system of rewards and punishments,etc,in this paper,the problem.Finally,according to the problems discovered,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The core principle is to correspond with the problems discovered one by one,including optimizing the salary structure,enhancing the scientific welfare system,enhancing the career development potential of employees,improving the scientific and effective assessment,and clarifying the reward and punishment system.About the research conclusions,specific as follows:(1)the analysis of the status quo,L kechuang company employees incentive mechanism is divided into compensation,benefits,promotion,assessment,rewards and punishments dimension design and corresponding secondary analysis indicators,assessment mechanism(M = 2.2396),the rewards and punishment mechanism(M = 2.3309),welfare mechanism(M = 2.2455)have lower scores,and compensation mechanism(M = 2.9251)scores are relatively high,secondary indicators,in addition to the salary welfare level(M = 3.3313),other indexes below the level of "general-3";(2)In the aspect of problem analysis,the main problems of the employee incentive mechanism of L Science & Innovation Company include: defects in the design of the salary system,mismatch between the welfare and employees' expectations,unclear promotion mechanism,lack of quantitative standards for assessment indicators,and lax implementation of the reward and punishment mechanism;(3)The optimization strategies of employee incentive mechanism of Sci-Tech Include: establishing salary system based on hierarchical mechanism,designing reasonable welfare system,clarifying employee development planning system,quantifying daily and annual assessment standards,and strictly implementing relevant reward and punishment systems.
