As China's economic development is going to the stage of high quality development,how to improve effectively the quality of manufacturing development has become a new challenge in the operation of national economy.In this process,the high turnover rate of the new generation of employees is one of the core problems that puzzles the healthy development of China's manufacturing industry.According to the existing research,different scholars have discussed a lot from the perspective of the characteristics of the new generation of employees,manufacturing characteristics,national policy differences,intergenerational cultural differences,but have not yet formed a unified conclusion.There is also no a complete framework for responding effectively to the problem in existing research.On this basis,this paper systematically studies the turnover of new generation employees in manufacturing industry from hierarchy of needs theory and puts forward some applicable suggestions in order to further deepen and expand the research on this problem.With the rapid of manufacturing industry,it is also more and more challenges.The turnover of the new generation of empioyees has been high,which has attracted more and more attentiong in the field of human resources research.This paper mainly uses the questionanire suvery and the case analysis research method to carry on the systematic research to the systematic new generation empioyee turnover question.The survey found that the new generation of mmployees' reason for leaving have a lot in common.This paper first reviews and combs the existing and combs the existing theoretical research at home and abroad through literature review and combs the existing theoretical research at home and aboard through literature review,and finds out the theoretical breakthroughpoint and empirical analysis of many manufacturing enterprises in different regions,and then taking N enterprises as a case,using the method of case interview and questionnaire survey,the data obtained are statistically analyzed.In case of the research,through the analysis of the age,length of service and position of the new generation of employees in the manufacturing industry,the turnover tendency of the new generation of employees and degrees are obtained.At the sam time,this paper also investigates and interviews some new generation employees,and then analyzes the rensons and influencing factors of the new generation employees' turnover in manufacturing industry.The core conclusion of this paper is that hierarchy of needs theory has a good explanation for the newgeneration of employees leaving.The main reasons for the new generation of manufacturing employees leaving are salary,social security system,enterprise welfare and post promotion.Based on the research and interview conclusion,this paper puts forward some strategies to deal with the new generation of employees' turnover by integrating Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,which has strong practical significance and application value...
