The rapid economic growth has greatly promoted the development of various fields.With the support of the Chinese government,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have appeared in various industries,and such enterprises have gradually become the main force to promote China's economic development.With the gradual popularization of compulsory education,the dependence of enterprises on professional knowledge in the development of enterprises has gradually increased.The stable development of enterprises is increasingly dependent on excellent talents.Talents are the source of maintaining competitive advantages in enterprises.Due to their small size and weak asset capacity,small and medium enterprises have to face more challenges in the development process.Under normal circumstances,Small and medium-sized enterprises do not have the relatively perfect development model within large enterprises,nor do they have a comprehensive and scientific staff management system,and the staff in Small and medium-sized enterprises are generally younger.The possibility of staff turnover has brought challenges to the stable development of the company.Brain drain has severely negatively affected Small and medium-sized enterprises,which in turn has affected the stable development of China's national economy.Therefore,whether to properly deal with the problem of brain drain has become a major issue related to the success or failure of Small and medium-sized enterprises.This article uses the literature research method to study the problem of brain drain in Small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad,and uses the questionnaire method to deeply understand the brain drain in Chinese Small and medium-sized enterprises.This article first gives a research review on the basis of the current situation of domestic and foreign research on brain drain in Small and medium-sized enterprises,and then defines the concept of China's Small and medium-sized enterprises,talent and brain drain.Secondly,through the questionnaire method to understand the problem of brain drain in Small and medium-sized enterprises,the introduction of demand hierarchy theory to analyze and research the collected data,and then to clarify the specific reasons for the current phenomenon,and put forward a reasonable solution based on this.The content of the thesis mainly includes three aspects: First,the current situation of brain drain in Small and medium-sized enterprises,including the impact,laws and performance caused by brain drain.The second is the cause of brain drain in small and mediumsized enterprises.By distributing questionnaires and analyzing the collected data,this article identifies the main reasons for the brain drain,which is poor salary,insufficient employee career development,lack of effectiveness in corporate culture construction,and lack of performance assessment.Reasonable,staff expectations are too high.Finally,based on the analysis of the questionnaire,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures for each cause,that is,the establishment of a comprehensive salary system and welfare system,improvement of the working environment,establishment of a good corporate culture,establishment of a comprehensive performance evaluation system,and reasonable planning of employee careers.Career,strengthen internal communication and reasonably arrange work according to employees' specialties.The above reforms also have a certain positive effect on the development of enterprises.Finally,I hope that this article's suggestions through analysis can provide reference for the development of Small and medium-sized enterprises.
