| The main research content of this article is to take the AKT electronics factory as the research background to study the production line activation of SMT component chip and the application of MES module in the production line.Firstly,the current domestic and foreign research on the production rate and MES module research is introduced.Secondly,in China,it can be known that the current researches on production line activation of SMT component placement lines are mostly focused on large-scale manufacturers.However,the main force of component chip manufacturing are small and medium-sized electronics factories.Small and medium component chip electronics factories have the characteristics of high flexibility and customizable products but its flexible manufacturing increases production management costs.The production of SMT component in multi-order environments brings challenges to production line activation.In this paper,we select the order data of production line B and production line C of AKT electronics factory in November2019.A total of 76 order samples are used to calculate production line activation;respectively and explore the impact of the production mode of small batches and multiple orders on production line activation.Though research,we find a new correlation between the order characteristics and the order activation.Then we use MATLAB to make a multiple linear regression fit to the order characteristics and the order activation.Finally,we conclude that there are multiple linear regression relationships between the independent variables such as production quantity,the theoretical cycle time,and the planned production time,and the dependent variables such as the time-activation.We conclude the key factors of affecting the production line activation though the calculation and analysis of above case.Then we design the MES module electronic production board and propose the suggestions for improving the production line activation of the SMT component production line.The production operation module of the MES system was constructed from two aspects of production control and energy efficiency management.Finally,we not only design four small modules which are product production monitoring,production plann ing and scheduling,capacity management,and real-time cost analysis,but also integra te the analysis of activation into the MES system. |
