Abstract/Summary:
This thesis presents recommendations for the formation and maintenance of a sustainable nonprofit devoted to arts education. Clear documentation sustains the operations of ethical, mission driven nonprofits. Within these nonprofits, technical communicators serve as mediators and translators between nonprofits and the greater business world. The role of a technical communicator includes: setting up, promoting, providing documentation for, and monitoring an arts education nonprofit in order to advance its purpose and facilitate its financial success.
