| The purpose of this project was to create a conceptual virtuous leadership development model as a core component to an organization's long-term business strategy. The project will review contemporary leadership models and present the position that a focus on the classic core elements of the four cardinal virtues of prudence, justice, temperance, and fortitude provide the foundation for an organization to maintain and sustain a long-term competitive advantage over rival entities. |
