In recent years,the spunlance non-woven technology has developed rapidly,and the product quality has been continuously improved along with the optimization of the production process.Spunlaced non-woven fabrics are soft,light,with high strength,no chemical adhesives,and are environmentally friendly,which have been widely used in medical hygiene,personal care,synthetic leather base fabrics,industrial rags,disposables in public places and people’s daily lives.The demand for spunlace non-woven fabrics has continuously increased,and companies have successively put into production a new high-speed,high-production spunlace production line.The demand for spunlace non-woven fabrics has continuously increased,and companies have successively put into production many new high-speed and high-yield spunlace production lines.This study is based on the new high-speed full Tambour Transfert carding(TT carding)double direct lapping spunlace production line of Fujian Nanfang Co.,Ltd.and full taking part in the construction of the production line to assist the company in completing the installation and debugging tasks for each production equipment,systematically summarizes and analyzes the characteristics,application principles and functions of each process equipment in the production line and accumulated experience in installation and debugging of Spunlace production lines.On this basis,the structure,performance,and disordering mechanism of the web of the new high-speed and high-yield nonwovens fabric carding machine with Tambour Transfert roller(TT carding machine)were studied in detail,and the definition of TT carding technology was proposed,establishing the theoretical basis of the TT carding network system.The thickness and uniformity of the spunlaced nonwovens produced were tested,and analyzing the influence of the change of TT roller speed,surface density and fiber properties on the isotropy of the web.Therefore,a comprehensive study was conducted to investigate the production technology of high-speed full transfer roll carding and Spunlace reinforcement(TT carded web + spunlace)new high-speed,high-production spunlace nonwovens.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The water spearing nonwovens of the production line are generally in the ratio of3.5 to 1(MD:CD),which is less than or equal to 3.5%.The new high-speed full Tambour Transfert combing into the network structure of the fiber network is good,Thickness is very uniform,in line with the production process requirements of high-speed and high-yielding water injection production line.(2)The new high-speed full Tambour Transfert carding(TT carding)double direct lapping spunlace production line is first studied,and the core is the first introduction of high speed nonwoven TT card.TT roller is defined in Chinese as "fully transfer output roller" according to its role and function.Therefore,TT carding machine can be described in detail as a new nonwoven full transfer output roll carding machine.(3)The main mechanism of the TT carding system is the following three aspects: TT roller on high-speed stripping and transfer of fiber on the main cylinder;double doffer system on the web carding,agglomeration and messy;condensing roller on the web stripping,agglomeration and messy.The messy mechanism of the web-forming process is mainly due to the high centrifugal force of the TT roller,and the commingling disorder between the TT roller and the doffer,the doffer and the condensing roller.(4)Product acreage density,fiber material,and TT roller speed all have a certain effect on the messy effect of the web.In the actual production process,the acreage density of the fiber raw material and product is generally known.In this way,the TT roller speed and carding parameters should be set scientifically in consideration of the application performance of the customer’s desired product,So that it has the best vertical to horizontal strength and ratio of vertical to horizontal strength(MD:CD).
