With the development of informatization and intelligence in the manufacturing industry,the digital model and information management of cutting tools have become more and more important At present,domestic tool-related systems mainly implement data processing functions such as tool inventory information and usage status storage location,and the development of graphic functions for tool model modeling and simulation needs to be improved.At the same time,the current network,cloud technology,artificial intelligence has become the mainstream of CAD technology development.This paper carries out the system research and development of tool online modeling and simulation based on WebGL and OpenCASCADE(abbreviated as OCC).The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on network technology,B/S architecture is used to build tool online modeling and simulation system,and WebGL techno to gy is used in client web development to realize the display management and interactive interface development of tool three-dimensional model and information.The server uses Socket technology to communicate with the self-developed OCC-based graphics processing system to realize the three-dimensional modeling of graphics and other functins,to get rid of the dependence on existing commercial modeling software to achieve system functional autonomy.(2)Carry out development research on online modeling technology,tool parameter design technology,and three-dimensional annotation technology.Combined with WebGL and OCC technology to develop online modeling function to achieve online tool parts modeling;through structural feature analysis,using parametric drive technology to achieve parametric design modeling of tool model;through feature extraction of grid model,to achieve the model Online 3D annotation function.(3)The types of geometric constraints commonly used in assembly are studied,and a constraint processing method based on degree of freedom analysis is established.Through the technical development of collision detection,constraint judgment,assembly priority evaluation,and constraint validity check,fuzzy evaluation is used.The method automatically recognizes and judges the assembly constraint relationship that best reflects the user's assembly intent ion,and realizes the online virtual assembly function of the tool.(4)Expand the research on graphic dynamic display technology and processing simulation technology.The machining simulation scene is established through the loading definition of the machine tool,tool and workpiece,and Boolean operation is carried out in the background graphics processing system to realize the removal of the workpiece material,thereby completing the development of the simulation function of the chip cutter flute grinding process.The system realizes the research and development of graphic processing function of online tool modeling and simulation.In tool design and modeling,the system provides online tool modeling,parametric design and 3D annotation functions to speed up product design and development.Provide virtual assembly and machining simulation functions in the system to help companies improve the actual assembly and machining efficiency of tools.
