The coal industry is a labor-intensive industry,and its operating methods and environment are extremely special.Therefore,coal companies' salaries and human resources management are different from ordinary enterprises.With the continuous development of the socialist market economy and the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the current state-owned coal mine enterprise compensation system still has problems such as traditional conservativeness and incompatibility with development changes,and disconnection from enterprise development strategies,which have seriously hindered the construction of modern coal mine enterprises.Under this background,how to solve and optimize the existing problems of the salary system,and then provide a strong human resource guarantee for the development of enterprises,is a problem that state-owned coal mine enterprises need to solve urgently.In this paper,the SH coal mine is used as a research sample.The coal situation has improved in the past two years.Although the benefits of the mine have gradually increased,the salary has not been effective as an incentive.Based on the relevant literature and salary theory,the salary system of SH coal mine was investigated through interviews and questionnaires.According to the actual situation of SH coal salary management,it is considered that there are five aspects of the SH coal salary system that need to be improved and optimization.Aiming at the existing problems,the traditional optimization strategy of post salay and performance evaluation was proposed,and the piece rate was optimized and designed.Through the optimization of the salary system,the salary distribution is more fair and equitable,and it is inclined to the outstanding core employees.The salary incentive effect is strengthened,and a dual channel system for salary promotion is established,that is,two paths for employee job promotion and professional technical ability improvement Efforts can also lead to higher ranks and salary.Through the optimization design of the SH coal mine compensation system,it provides a reference and reference for the optimization of the compensation system of other coal production units of Ningxia Coal Company and other coal enterprises.
