Since 2014,with the slowdown in economic growth and the improvement of energy structure,the throughput growth of bulk,especially coal and metal ore,has slowed down or even declined significantly.The imbalance between supply and demand in the port industry has become more serious,which has intensified the port.Business competition.In this context,in order to ensure its own competitive advantage,how to solve the problems in its own compensation system,how to carry out the reform of the salary system,so as to provide a strong human resources guarantee for the company's development,has become a matter of focus..Due to its affiliation with state-owned enterprises and the local area,the research object of this article has certain inherent advantages.In recent years,even in the environment of bulk cargo throughput decline,it can still maintain a high profit margin.In the development of other ports,competitors are beginning to emerge slowly.In addition to factors such as the environmental protection requirements under the general situation of the country,to maintain the leading position of S Terminal,it is necessary for all employees to continue to innovate and improve their competitiveness.This article will use interviews,questionnaires,and other methods to investigate the salary satisfaction of employees in Terminal S.Combined with the company's current salary system comparison analysis,based on the company's long-term strategic planning,find out the problems in the salary system,and Analyze the cause of the problem.Determine the basic principles and ideas for optimization based on the existing problems,and then propose an optimization design plan.In the optimization,first,through a systematic job analysis and evaluation,combined with the specific conditions of the job,the original salary system was readjusted and adjusted to make the job Wages match actual work value.Secondly,in response to the problems in the core employee incentive mechanism,take countermeasures to combine the incentive mechanism with the actual situation of the company to ensure that it should truly play its due role.It is intended to improve the working face of employees and enhance the company's vitality and cohesion.Corresponding safeguard measures have been formulated for possible obstacles in the implementation of the optimization reform.It is hoped that through the reform of the compensation system,human resource protection will be provided for the company's development,thereby improving the market competitiveness of S Terminal.
