The project progress and project management and control are important components of one of the three objectives of project construction cost,schedule and quality.The progress and quality control of the project not only affect the success or failure,but also directly affect the economic benefits and development prospects of the project unit.Therefore,for the construction of the project,it is very important to plan and control the progress well.The progress of project management and project control theory applied to the project construction,be able to effectively guide the progress of project implementation to ensure that the project completed on time.If we can better control the project plan and progress and achieve the smooth progress of project construction,it will have far-reaching impact on the economic benefits and development prospects of the project.In this paper,by Baosteel NO.1 RH relocation project as a case study,with network plans and Gantt chart and other progress management tools,combined with Baosteel Steel's project management practices,give full consideration to the characteristics of the project,we conducted an in-depth research and discussion on Baosteel NO.1RH relocation project.In view of the short construction period,complex construction and many participants involved in the project,the various factors involved in construction are researched and controlled in an attempt to summarize and analyze the key factors that affect the progress of the project and form a mature and effective construction schedule and control plan management system.In this project,on the basis of clearly defining the project organization structure,responsibility allocation,work breakdown and work management,we plan to apply dynamic control tools and dynamic monitoring technologies to conduct a comparative analysis of actual progress and planned progress of the project,and conduct analysis based on the results of the analysis effective progress adjustment,put forward a reasonable solution to the progress of the project to ensure the construction period.Construct a management system that suitable for the schedule and control of construction of Baosteel's technical renovation project,plan and adjust the project schedule reasonably,solve the actual management problem for NO.1 RH relocation and relocation of Baosteel,and put forward the practical application of the project schedule management theory and practice,which have some reference value.
