Colleges and universities are important bases for the cultivation of stamping die manufacturing talents,which is crucial to the sound development of China's manufacturing industry.At present,the teaching of stamping die design in Colleges and universities mainly focuses on theory,and the teaching of die design mainly focuses on theoretical concepts and two-dimensional drawings.A few of them use three-dimensional die structure design and also use general three-dimensional CAD software to draw drawings manually.Due to the complex structure of stamping die,the efficiency of manual drawing is very low,a lot of time is spent in the operation of 3D CAD software,unable to focus on the die structure itself,the advanced design theory and method are not well understood,and the teaching effect is not ideal.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an intelligent design system which is specially suitable for stamping die teaching and improves the teaching effect of die design.According to the requirements of the joint conference of mold major in national vocational colleges and the Executive Committee of mold competition in national vocational college skills competition,the thesis analyzes the actual teaching situation of colleges and universities,and determines that the system needs to meet the whole process design of stamping mold.On the basis of requirement analysis,the system is divided into three modules: process design,stamping simulation and structural design.The two modules of process design and structural design are designed in detail.In the process design module,the stamping forming simulation function is integrated,which makes the system realize the whole process design of stamping die;the structure design module is used for the structural design of drawing and trimming die,which will cover two kinds of die design needs in function.In order to solve the tedious drawing in the teaching process of die design,concentrate on the teaching of die concept and realize the flow design,this thesis puts forward the method of intelligent die design of stamping die.Based on the traditional parameterized die technology,this method designs the stamping die in different areas,manages the parameters in different areas,and adapts the parameters in different areas,thus realizing the intelligent assembly and matching of die base and standard parts Parameter adjustment;developed the automatic creation tool of non-standard parts,realized the automatic creation and assembly of convex and concave die,blank holder,trimming knife block,punch and other parts;the system automatically completed the assembly of all parts of the die in the form of assembly tree,students can understand the mold structure and assembly relationship through the assembly tree while designing efficiently and intelligently.Based on NX10.0 platform,the intelligent design teaching system of stamping die has been developed,which has been applied in many colleges and universities in China.Taking a typical part as an example,the thesis shows the application effect of the system combined with teaching,and analyzes the advantages of the system application,which shows that the system can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of stamping die teaching.
