With the globalization of world economy,the international status of Chinese manufacturing industry has improved significantly.The market demand of commercial vehicles and engineering machinery is getting bigger and bigger,accompanying with much more aggressive competition between internal-combustion engine parts enterprises.'More,fast,fine,thrifty' has been a magic way for many enterprises to occupy the market and improve the competition and enterprises pursue efficient productivity.The cutting vibration of boring lathe has been the technical bottleneck of our company's production,which restricts the development of our company to a higher and faster level in some degree.Therefore,the research and improvement of cutting vibration of boring lathe is necessary.To reduce or remove the cutting vibration,decrease the rejection rate and improve the effective capacity of production line,the modern and scientific methods are applied to the research and analysis of inner bore cutting by boring lathe.The research analysis and improvement are mainly conducted on the current CNC boring lathe TK515GMain research content of this paper:(1)According to the characteristics of cutting vibration,a theoretical analysis of vibration were made about the cause and affective factor of cutting vibration.(2)Taking tk515g NC boring machine as the object,the basic solution process of the finite element method was discussed and a finite element model of the machine tool spindle is established:the load,bearing stiffness and constraint conditions of the model were reasonably selected and a free mode was analyzed in detail.(3)Adopt finite element method to research CNC lathe spindle,briefly discussed the modal analysis to obtain the natural frequency and vibration type of spindle.Finally,identifying the frequency domain during the work to provide theoretical foundation for the further research.(4)A research of improvement analysis of cutting vibration of on-site CNC boring lathe:including the improvement of cutter selection,cutter row selection,parameter optimization,tool and fixture.etc.
