As one of the most important natural disasters in coal mining,underground coal spontaneous combustion will not only consume a large amount of natural resources,but also may cause coal mine gas disasters,resulting in economic losses and casualties of coal mine enterprises.At present,coal spontaneous combustion is generally controlled by grouting materials,flame retardants,water-forming film foam,gel foam and other methods.These control measures play a positive role in ensuring mine safety production,but they are all insufficient in some aspects,such as insufficient sealing,poor stability,limited diffusion range and other shortcomings.Therefore,this paper combines the advantages of hydrogel foam and hydrofilm forming foam materials to develop effluent film-forming gel foam materials to prevent spontaneous combustion in coal mines.The foaming agent and polymer suitable for preparing hydroforming gel foams were studied experimentally.The composition and ratio of foaming agent and polymer were determined.The ratio experiment shows that the optimal ratio of A and B in the foaming agent is 1:2,and the optimal concentration is 6g/L.The influence of polymer on the spreading property,viscoelasticity and stability was studied.It was found that polymer X was the most suitable for preparing hydroforming gel foam.When the concentration of polymer X was 3g/L,the hydroforming gel foam had good spreading property,viscoelasticity and stability.The inhibition of hydroforming gel foam on coal oxidation at low temperature and coal resistance were studied experimentally.The results show that in the coal oxidation experiment at low temperature,the hydroforming gel foam has a significantly higher blocking effect than the traditional blocking agent,the temperature delay at the intersection point is 18.5?,and the CO production is the lowest.In the experiment of coal spontaneous combustion resistance,the ignition time,heat release rate and CO production rate of different coal samples were compared,and it was concluded that the coal sample with hydroforming film gel foam had the longest ignition time,up to 334s.The lowest heat release rate and the highest CO production rate.The results show that hydroforming gel foam has the best blocking effect.Finally,the water-forming film gel foam prevention and fire extinguishing technology was applied in the goaf of the 11502 working face of Zhuji West Mine.The application results show that the water-forming film gel foam material has superior fire extinguishing performance,especially suitable for the prevention and control of unknown fire sources in the goaf,and has popularization value.Figure[21] table[4] reference[53]...
