Under the current international macro-economic background of the international oil market turmoil,the global spread of the epidemic and the global economic downturn,CNPC,as an important state-owned backbone enterprise,should not only play the role of stabilizing the market,but also undertake the responsibility of safeguarding national energy security.The realization of corporate goals cannot be achieved without employees.But on the other hand,the responsibility of employees means the investment of enterprise resources,which is directly manifested as labor costs with high stickiness of cost,which further increases the difficulty for CNPC to reduce cost and increase efficiency to promote high-quality development and becomes a practical problem for enterprise managers.Based on literature reading and theoretical analysis,this paper constructs A theoretical model of the impact of fulfilling employee responsibilities on enterprise performance by taking A Company,A subsidiary of Petro China,as the research object.Eight theoretical hypotheses are put forward in the hope of verifying the relationship between A's fulfillment of employee responsibilities and enterprise performance.In this study,521 valid data were obtained through the questionnaire survey,and the empirical test of the theoretical model was completed by using the structural equation model.The empirical results show that: A company's performance of employee responsibilities has no direct impact on corporate performance;However,through the two mediating variables of employee recognition and employee loyalty,the fulfillment of employee responsibility can indirectly affect enterprise performance.The impact of non-monetary employee responsibility on corporate performance is significantly higher than that of monetary employee responsibility.The research conclusion clearly describes the influence path and effect of enterprise A's undertaking of employee responsibility on enterprise performance,which has A positive guiding role for enterprise A to improve the efficiency of resource allocation.
