Although the new crown pneumonia in early 2020 has caused a great impact on the automobile manufacturing industry around the world,after people gradually control and adapt to coexist with the new crown virus,the automobile manufacturing industry will usher in a recovery.Cars will still be an indispensable form of transportation in modern people's daily life.In recent years,due to the continuous breakthroughs in various emerging industries and new energy technologies,as well as the policy support of new energy from countries around the world,the new energy market is widely regarded as a major trend in the future development of the automotive industry.With the increase of environmental pressure,the era of new energy is gradually coming,and the future development and transformation of gas stations is already imperative.This article will focus on the research on the feasibility of Jilin Zhongyuan Petroleum Sales Co.,Ltd.'s transformation in this environment.This article is divided into four chapters,using comparative research method and SWOT analysis method to study the feasibility of the transformation and development of Zhongyuan Petroleum Company.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance of the selection of the Research on Zhongyuan Petroleum Company's Transformation Strategy,the research background of this paper,the domestic and foreign research methods related to the research of this paper,and the current status and content of the subject research of this paper.The second chapter focuses on the current business status and problems of Zhongyuan Petroleum Company,and analyzes the problems that may occur in the new era of refueling stations.Chapter Three uses the SWOT analysis method to transform the business of Zhongyuan Petroleum Company.Analysis of the strategic environment and draws the following conclusions: Zhongyuan Petroleum Company's competitiveness in the next ten years is insufficient,and the huge impact will be swept by Zhongyuan Petroleum Company's refueling and gas business is in urgent need of business transformation;Chapter 4 provides the formulation and implementation measures for Zhongyuan Petroleum Company's strategic transformation based on the above analysis results.In addition,the energy transition also has the characteristics of long-term,arduous,and complicated.Although the energy of the whole country is developing in a clean and low-carbon direction,this process cannot be completed in a short period of time.It is highly related to the existing infrastructure and industrial development foundation of our country.Existing energy will not be replaced by new energy immediately,and electric vehicles will not immediately replace traditional fuel passenger cars.The energy transformation of oil companies is not accomplished overnight.It must be proactive and prudent.It is necessary to take precautions and make adjustments based on the actual situation of the company itself.
