With the development of computer technology and the widespread application of NC machining technology,virtual manufacturing technology has become a hot research topic.Using new technology to reduce production costs,improve production efficiency and train new members has become the development trend of processing manufacturing industry.At present,the traditional training mode can not adapt to the training of new members under the new situation,and the current processing technology faces the problems of long development cycle and high cost in the development of new products.With the development and maturity of virtual simulation technology,it provides a new solution to this problem.This virtual simulation system takes NC milling machine XK5025 as the research object,takes UML class diagram,time sequence diagram,modular design method as expression tool,uses Unity3D software as development engine,takes C#language as development language,combines OOP thought,parametric modeling method,intelligent client technology,software development theory.This paper studies and designs a visual virtual simulation system for triple-action vertical NC milling machine.This paper is divided into three modules:virtual scene construction,system software engineering development and audio-visual function research.Aiming at the construction of virtual scene,this paper adopts hybrid modeling method,uses Solidworks to parametric modeling of NC milling machine,and 3Ds MAX to image-based mapping modeling of milling machine model,and finally builds virtual scene in Unity3D.For software engineering development,this paper designs an out-of-scene user interface using smart client technology,realizes the interaction of data information between out-of-scene user interface application program and Unity3D scene application program based on socket communication principle,abstracts each functional module using OOP idea,and expresses them with UML class diagram.For the research of audio-visual function,this paper designs two cameras,the main camera uses the new adjustment method combined with the motion relationship between the camera and the milling machine;the auxiliary camera combines the father-son relationship theory,establishes a multi-layer father-son relationship structure,and carries out theoretical analysis with the help of the position kinematics theory in robotics.At the same time,for the design of 3D sound,this paper designs the location,time of sound generation and distance attenuation in the process of sound transmission combined with distance attenuation graph.Finally,the sudden disappearance of sound stopping process is improved to fade out slowly,which is more in line with the real scene.The virtual simulation system of numerical control machine constructed through the above-mentioned combination has good real-time rendering,human-computer interaction and three-dimensional graphics display functions.
