Research On Design And Implementation Of CNOOC T Company In ERP_SD Module

With the advancement of science and technology and the development of information technology,the wave of corporate reform continues to advance.Enterprise management methods are also gradually changing.Enterprise's grasp,control and utilization of information has become more important than ever.Enterprises must strengthen information construction and management,continuously integrate and develop information resources,and optimize allocation in order not to be eliminated by times.Enterprise resource planning(ERP),as an information management platform and tool for resource management,has been widely used in various enterprises.It introduces high-quality management concepts,cutting-edge science and technology,and creative ways and methods into the management process,and realizes automation.Management,standardized procedures and integrated business have improved the management level and economic benefits of the enterprise.In this paper,the implementation of the sales and distribution(SD)module is studied with the launch of the SAP system of CNOOC's downstream company T.The article uses interviews and surveys,summarizes the current status of company T's business,focuses on analyzing its specific marketing aspects and project implementation needs,and explains the key steps in the implementation of the sales and distribution module through flowcharts and charts.The system design of operating characteristics and sales business requirements provides a reference for the efficient configuration and application of ERP projects in the chemical industry.It also provides some reference for the implementation of changes in management models,business process reorganization,and resource information sharing of similar enterprises.Finally,through the enumeration and analysis of the reasons for the successful launch of T's SAP system and the current problems,the key points,difficulties,and existing management and technical barriers of ERP project implementation were revealed,which can enable enterprise managers and ERP implementers to gain inspiration and education from them.
