With the development of society and the improvement of people's quality of life,on the one hand,people are paying more and more attention to food hygiene.On the other hand,tea companies are gradually moving closer to the construction of automated production and processing plants,liberating labor,and tea companies are gradually changing The traditional way of making tea by hand has turned to mechanized tea making.Houkui tea is no exception.It has begun to develop corresponding tea-making equipment and has achieved initial success.However,due to its unique shape and processing technology,some procedures cannot be mechanized,and thus cannot achieve the establishment of automated processing production lines.Based on the existing tea-making equipment and traditional tea-making technology,this topic analyzes the key problems.It is mainly difficult to realize the connection between the tea sorting machine and the follow-up shaping machine.In order to facilitate the subsequent processing procedures,the material separation and arrangement process are formulated Solutions and production lines.Conduct experimental research on the structural parameters and process parameters,and conduct mechanical and kinematic analysis of key actuators to determine the best parameters.Finally,three-bit modeling software was used to complete the modeling of the equipment and production line.Specific research content,results and conclusions include:(1)Dosing arrangement and formulation process scheme.Based on the analysis of the physical characteristics of Houkui tea leaves and related factors that affect the distribution and arrangement of tea,based on traditional processing techniques,a tea-making process suitable for mechanized production of Houkui tea is formulated,and then the multi-stage material and arrangement process plan is determined.Among them,the material distribution plan is multi-level vertical and horizontal splitting staggered,and the arrangement plan is fixed distance,orientation and final positioning.The production line is reasonably laid out and the L-shaped production line is selected.(2)Tea and automatic feeding arrangement Experiments on the main influence parameters.Experimental research on the physical characteristics of tea that affect the distribution and arrangement of tea,mainly including quality,center of gravity,moisture content and friction coefficient between tea and work surface.Combining the tea processing technology plan and the external environment,determine the main influencing factors that affect the distribution and arrangement of tea,and carry out relevant experiments on them to determine the best process and structural parameters.The process parameters of the material distribution system are as follows: the speed multiple relationship of the front and rear vertical dividing devices is 3 times,the inclination angle of the first horizontal dividing device is 15°,the oscillation frequency of the first horizontal dividing device is 6 Hz,and the second horizontal dividing device The inclination angle is 40°,the oscillation frequency of the secondary horizontal separation device is 5 Hz,and the successful separation rate of tea leaves is 87.3%.The process parameters of the arrangement system are: the height difference between the four-stage longitudinal separating device and the arrangement conveyor is 80 mm,the speed of the arrangement conveyor belt is half of the speed of the four-stage longitudinal separating device;the inclination angle of the groove wall of the final positioning groove Take60° as the best.(3)Design and research of Hookui tea automatic sorting and arrangement device.Combining the system process plan to design and select the key execution devices of the material distribution module and the arrangement module,which mainly include the vertical dividing device,the horizontal dividing device,the fixed distance and the positioning device.The dynamics and mechanical analysis of the crank slider and the cam mechanism have verified the stability of the device.From the perspective of the production line,the overall layout of the automatic tea sorting and arranging device is designed to ensure that all the implementing agencies can coordinate the sorting and arranging operations while the overall structure is compact and reasonable.On this basis,the chain drive system of the arrangement device is designed to ensure that the tea leaves achieve the desired effect.(4)Material distribution and arrangement module and device modeling.Finally,the three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works was used to model the main actuators and devices for the distribution and arrangement of Houkui tea,and the modular design of the primary and secondary vertical and horizontal separation devices was carried out,and the prototype was manufactured.Finally,Complete the integration of material distribution and arrangement production lines.
